We’re do I start?? lol.. the transportation like the van transfer is ridiculous they transfer us 3 times as in 3 times.. the AC of van wasn't working, and the driver got ticket 2 times, and he dropped us at the market I told him that our iterinary said drop us at the hotel. And He said he can’t go in because he was not registered. About the room.. very tiny and very loud you can hear people walking , cleanliness not so good. Daily breakfast .. everyday the same Internet not stable😔 The staff are accommodating and friendly, but need more training, the hotel need more improvements.

Room is damp. There are ants inside. The water is smelly even after you keep it running for 20mins. The room is very small. The door of the bathroom is broken. The AC is not working.the ceiling fan is vibrating like it is about to fall. Worst accommodation.

The room was fairly ok, bit of a concrete building but ok. Just down bye the ferry terminal

Check in was glacial despite not being particularly busy. Family room booked, not available. Given two sad rooms, separating my family.

Pros: -Near docking port -Flowing hot/cold mineral water -Common area where you can lounge, have some free coffee and dry your clothes. Cons: -Small room & bathroom -No water heater -You can hear loud noises through rooms, including what appears to be a washing machine in use late at night -Room we stayed in has toilet bowl that won't flush. -Some of the staff will give you cold shoulder trea**ent if you complain something that is not working (toilet that won't flush) -Some of the windows has leaks and water gets into some of the rooms when there is a strong rain -Floor is slippery when wet specially in areas where there are windows with water leaks during strong rain -Staff has no duplicate key so if you do not leave your key, they will not be able to clean your room or take care of problems. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and reported it to the front desk before we went to our tour for the day. However, when we returned from our tour we found that the issue has not been fixed and when we asked why they said it was because we did not leave our key with them even though they did not advise us to leave it with them when we reported the issue. -No choices for breakfast. -Breakfast starts at 7am but breakfast gets served around 715am even if you arrived 10-15mins before 7am and have presented you breakfast voucher -Servers need some training on how to better and properly serve. They don't always serve breakfast to senior citizens first.

The location is good. Beautiful view at the dining area. It offers free breakfast and free coffee but there’s no place where you can dry your wet clothes. Ni hot and cold shower. I totally appreciate that they have free breakfast, but the serving is too slow, you don’t have choice as well. If what they serve is hotdog and eggs for breakfast then that’s it you can’t choose. They have bbq during the night and it was good.

Staff is nice, but not too helpful. Nobody at the front desk after 9-10pm. If something in the room goes wrong, you will have to deal with that problem yourself. Does not have hot water after 6pm. This is a big issue. Very very small room cant even fit my luggage. The room is also not noise proof. I can hear everything from the outside. Overall, very disappointed. But the location is gold. Closed by everything else.

Budget friendly if you’re not so picky on amenities.

Dirty with a lot of mosquitoes.
