The best resort in El Nido. Serene. Private. Exclusive. Impressive. The Butler service is superb with the signature Araw hospitality - always smiling, ready to serve, and all our needs were attended to. It seems all the staff were properly trained in customer service, we didn't excounter anyone who didn't greet us. Loved the speed boat transfers. Our daughter was delighted with the evening treats. Jeff the resort manager made sure we had a proper welcome. Glad it was distant from the town yet still accessible via speed boat.

Impeccable service. The rooms are well appointed with king-sized beds. Bathroom has own tub plus outside shower for when you’ve just gone out from the beach. The room comes with own dipping pool, cool! They make up the room twice a day! So whenever we come out of the room, it gets tidied up when we return to it! Each night we get homemade cookies and pastries to pair with evening coffee or tea! Our butlers Ellie and Jessica were both attentive to our requirements and requests! We could not have asked for more. Although my niece slipped and sprained her ankle, all the staff were ready to provide needed medical care and support. Truly a world-class hotel resort that we can be proud of. And their food is exquisite! So flavorful and tasty gourmet meals! A place where you can truly find rest and relaxation! Good value for money!

The resort is incredible! Everything is very well decorated, well looked after and in good taste. The facilities are comfortable, such as bed, utensils to use in the room, amenities. The service from the entire team is impeccable! They are always willing to help, very polite and friendly. The butlers who accompanied us during our stay were attentive and were essential in ensuring an incredible stay! Without a doubt, we will recommend Lihim Resorts to everyone and we hope to be able to return at some opportunity.

Spent four nights and three days at the Lihim Resort. My wife, daughter and I were the sole guest at the hotel after one other couple had just finished their stay. When we arrived, we had just missed the hurricane and enjoyed three days of perfect weather. From being picked up and transported via personal private transportation provided by Lihim, we were greeted by the wonderful and most hospitable staff. The resort was impeccable and beautifully manicured. Everyone from the round the clock personal valet service (Ann & Ching), food preparers, servers, masseuse and activities coordinators were extremely dedicated and accommodating to any and all of our needs. We were Pampered and Spoiled.😊 The booked island excursion and activities we selected, to include: the private island beach and kayaking made for an awesome time spent. While both times at the private island beach and during our day spent kayaking, the Lihim arranged an exquisite hot lunch consisting of BBQ Chicken, Seafood, fresh fruits and cold drinks. All of the staff assigned at the private beach island were wonderful. On our last night at the Lihim Resort we had our dinner at the Henri rooftop restaurant. The decoration was stylish and impressive, but nothing in comparison to views from atop which was breathtaking and captivating. We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Lihim Resort. It has brought us many memories that we will always cherish. We will return.

Because of the bad weather we were not able to experience the wonderful lagoons and beaches of El Nido but no regrets coz LIHIM resort took good care of us. They came up with activities so we can still enjoy our vacation. Thanks to our butlers -Hannah, Angelo , Ching and the rest of the staffs who really really make us wanna go back soon.

Excellent is not enough to evaluate this resort. Amenities are very good, accommodation luxurious, location is the best in El Nido and food fantastic!! Chef Jhon Barbosa was able to prepare delicious plates with a mix of local and international infusions. Service flawless. I will definitely come back soon.

Our stay at Lihim Resort was truly memorable, thanks to the amazing hospitality from the staff. Having butlers assigned to us was a lovely experience; they were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating to all our requests. The hospitality of all the staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The location of the resort is fantastic—very peaceful with impeccable views. Although the funicular was not working, requiring us to walk down from our villa to the restaurants and pool area, the staff made up for it by providing car transport whenever we needed it. A tip for those staying during July-August: bring mosquito repellent spray or lotion. There were quite a few mosquitoes around, even in our room, but this is understandable given the proximity to nature. The breakfast was good, offering different choices each day. The staff were lovely, and the scrambled eggs were perfect. They even went out of their way to cook longanisa for us daily upon request, which was a delightful touch. The facial treatment and the two-hour integrative and Panari massage were exceptional—some of the best we've experienced. There are plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy, and the views are stunning. Overall, we would definitely recommend Lihim Resort and look forward to coming back again.

Super experience. Definitely worth the price. The staff is very accommodating and very helpful whenever we need something. One of the highlights of our trip in elnido is our stay in lihim resort. Great experience overall. Will definitely go back.
