È la vecchia cliché di voi ottenere quello che pagate per. Non ci siamo resi conto che il tavolo completo non includeva nemmeno l'acqua di tappeto con i nostri pasti. Ci sono stati prelevati $3.60 per una giochi di acqua di tappeto così scelto di andare tutto inclusivo. Abbiamo finito di pagare per un giorno che non potevamo usare perché sono stati raccolti alle 9:45. Josina al ricevimento è andata sopra e oltre per aiutarci a guidare intorno alla città. Sebbene l'hotel sia una posizione privilegiata per la spiaggia, è un hotel per residenti spagnoli non turisti, poiché Josina era l'unica persona che parlava inglese alla ricezione. Quando arrivammo pagavamo per un frigo che non era stato consegnato, quindi doveva cacciare più di una volta. Il letto era pieno di letti. Se siete tutti Inclusivo essere attento che questo non include il bar sulla spiaggia quindi dovrete viaggiare indietro e fuori per ottenere bevande e snack. Questo hotel è perfetto se ti piace la spiaggia ma come con l'hotel se non parli spagnolo potresti dover usare Google Translate per comunicare. If you're on the first floor be prepared to hear the hoover in reception from 6am onwards. Anche al primo piano la tua stanza è pulita molto presto al mattino.

My son and I was here 2 days from 6 till 8 august (room 32). Everything was really so good: stuff was so nice, room was really good with nice sea view. Wi-Fi is really crazy good, never saw like that in another hotels. Cosmetics are perfect (Ritual) everything for usual stuff like toothbrush, comb and etc🫶🏻and therefore we’re decided that we would book this hotel for two more days. unfortunately the prices are very high this “hot” season(208 euros per night) but we decided that this hotel is worthy for a couple more days of staying here. Free rooms were from 10 till 12 August. But..How frustrated and disappointed we were. We were given a room on the 1st floor, the sea view was not the same, but this is not the biggest disappointment. (If to be honest I guess they need to make rooms on the first floor cheaper). We didn't know that but Umbrellas on the beach must be booked in advance! and no one told us this during 3 days. We came to the beach, paid for the sun loungers and after 5 minutes we had to leave, because it turns out that other vacationers have booked all the umbrellas. (That’s how we’re figured out about the booking)We wandered along the beach in search of an umbrella like homeless...And the reason is that no one just warned us about this important nuance. In room 11 the fridge doesn’t work so good (it was +33 degrees outside). The sink drain didn’t hold water. But of course, these are not a big deal ... you can buy cold water in the store, and washing clothes without all that stuff, it's not a problem... I recommend in such cases at least make some kind of compliments to their customers🫤 Anyway if we back here again, then I hope I won't be disappointed next time. And even though they didn't tell us anything about the above, the staff are very nice.🤗

Hotel sencillo en las afueras de Vilafranca. Habitación pequeña y bastante dejada, muchas piezas del baño desconchadas, agujeros en la pared, le hace falta una reforma. La televisión funcionaba pero no podía baj**** el volumen, con lo cual por la noche no la puedes poner ya que molesta mucho. La habitación nos daba a la parte de atrás, justo al lado del autopista, si ponías el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, si abrías la ventana ni te cuento. No lo recomiendo ni para una noche, a no ser que tengas la suerte de que te toque una habitación en la fachada. No entiendo cómo tiene 4 estrellas, para nada las merece. 60 euros ya sería cara la habitación, y nos costó 100€. Lo único bueno la atención por parte de los empleados de recepción y de cafetería, y la posibilidad de llevar perros.

L'hotel è stato molto bello, siamo arrivati e tranquillo. Il cibo nel ristorante era decente ma molto ripetente, ma dopo aver detto che c'era sempre qualcosa da mangiare. L'unico posto in basso qui al ristorante era quello che ci ha voluto gli ospiti per chiederci quali bevande volevamo, a volte ci sarebbe passato mezzo passo prima di essere avvicinati. Inoltre, ci dovrebbe essere un bar a snack vicino alla piscina che è aperto a tutti gli ospiti inclusi, ma questo non era aperto a tutti durante il nostro soggiorno che era deludente perché ci piaceva andare a piedi, quindi se ci mancava il pranzo dovevamo aspettare fino a 7.30 per cena. Bar - i due server maschi erano brillanti. Molto attenti, amichevoli e veloci. C'è una buona selezione di spiriti locali, ma ero in tutto inclusivo e quando ho chiesto che ci fosse solo un cocktail disponibile più sangria, ci sono più disponibili, ma è necessario pagare. L'unico problema che ho sollevato era la reception che forse non riconosceva veramente attraverso una barriera linguistica. La nostra unica questione è stata la nostra notte scorsa, dove ci deve essere stata un arrivo tardivo e possiamo sentire tutto nel corridoio e sopra il quale significava che non potevamo dormire fino alle 4:00.

Un ottimo hotel nel centro di Tarragosa, il rapporto qualità/prezzo perfetto, la pulizia super e l'eccellente pressione idrica calda, il silenzio, vicino al mercato dove si può mangiare e prendere i prodotti sulla strada. La stanza negativa sopra il ristorante era rumorosa da parte della gente sotto e le bottiglia erano gettate nella banca di riciclaggio prima delle 8:00. Il terzo che dormiva sul divano-- è stato lasciato con due fogli e ha usato il piatto di riserva dal cappello-- sicuramente un pensiero. La vista degli altri appartamenti, a meno che non si estende per vedere la piscina ( primo piano B) camera anche profuma di cibo cotto al nostro arrivo e l'odore si è infilato in tutto. La camera prenota per tre persone, ma il terzo ha bisogno di costruire il letto sul divano e ha appena dato due fogli. Arriviamo tardi alla notte e all'arrivo non ci sono negozi aperti e il ristorante era chiuso. Abbiamo bisogno di acqua e latte, ma la macchina di vendita era fuori servizio, quindi non abbiamo avuto nessun posto fino alla mattina prossima. La pulizia è arrivata alla stanza prima delle 10 di ogni mattina, ma siamo ancora nella stanza per essere pronti. Prima di arrivare, avevo postato l'hotel ma non ho ricevuto una risposta - questo era il primo per noi, quindi forse il nostro email è andato nel loro spam o è stato ignorato.
