Underground heated parking for cars, midsize suvs! Outdoor parking as well. All parking is free. This is a really nice quiet place to stay on the south west side of Edmonton. It is very new. I appreciated the: underground heated parking, the cleanliness, the bed and many pillows. I liked that the breakfast is included and served on the main level. I like that my room has a microwave, small fridge, and Keurig coffee. Complimentary coffee on the lobby level during the day. I like that they have a long bench with coat rack as well as closet. I like the large TV. I like that it is so close to great shopping and restaurants in Windermere community. It’s also right near Anthony Henday freeway. But note: I didn’t know they had underground parking until I read someone else’s review. I had messaged IHG and I was advised there was no underground parking at this location. So I called directly. Yes - there is free heated underground parking! (Not for large trucks though). Underground parking is SO important in a winter city! I highly recommend this hotel.

Grande hotel, buon colazione, super pulito e forniscono custodia quotidiana. I lifts si sentono come devono essere serviti, rattling e shake. La piscina - assolutamente disgustosa. Venerdì sera sembrava un fango, sabato era chiuso per un certo periodo, poi si aprì.Il cloruro bruciava tutti i bambini, così male che tutti avevano un rash.

Hotel carino con personale molto amichevole e utile! La piscina era carina e aveva buone ore notturne, aperto fino alle 11:00. Circa dieci minuti a piedi a Rogers Place con molti posti per mangiare e bere tra. Il colazione continentale è stato anche meglio di quanto si potesse aspettare con una quantità di opzioni decente. La stanza era pulita e non c'era alcun problema di avere un bastone per il nostro bambino di 6 mesi. Solo il problema che avevamo era che non c'era modo di ottenere acqua durante le ore notturne, perché non c'era nessuna macchina di vendita operativa e nessun negozio di comodità vicino. Avevo intenzione di dare una 4 stelle solo per questo, ma sono sicuro che avranno una macchina da vendita e correre presto e il personale era troppo amichevole per dare qualcosa di meno di cinque stelle.

Stayed here due to an unexpected family emergency during the COVID pandemic. We choose this particular location as it was near our destination. We had a comfortable stay, for a very reasonable price, in a trying time. Rooms were modern with mini fridge and microwave (always appreciated) and flat screen T.V. (although a smaller one). I found the beds comfortable, my husband did not. The staff did as well as possible with the COVID restrictions. A free breakfast is provided. The breakfast room was not open, however, when you checked in they took your order for breakfast and then you picked up your bag in the morning. I thought it was nice that they went to the trouble of providing anything, when they could have instead used COVID as an excuse to cancel breakfast all together. Unfortunately the pool was closed (as required by current COVID restrictions), so we did not get to try it. In regards to the location - this is not a tourist location. It is more a location you would stay if you had a particular reason to (e.g. family or business in the area). That being said, it is a fairly convenient spot. There are lots of restaurants nearby (a couple sharing the same parking lot) and you are right next to the LRT that goes downtown. (In fact there were two train tracks right outside our room, but I did not find this bothersome or particularly noisy.) It's unlikely that we will have reason to spend the night in this area of Edmonton again, however, if we did I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Comforte pulito, ci sono Walmart intorno, alcuni ristoranti, più comodi, e più conveniente per viaggiare secondo il West Edmond Trade molto vicino, cioè la colazione è più semplice
