Ho fatto il check-in l'8 luglio. La stanza era al terzo piano. Faceva troppo caldo e le tende erano rotte per bloccare la luce. Ho chiesto alla reception e ho detto che avrebbe dovuto aspettare fino al prossimo lunedì 11 luglio) per risolverlo. In realtà, l'11 luglio è la mia data di partenza. Pertanto, le strutture ei servizi dell'hotel non sono soddisfacenti, il soggiorno dei tre giorni, mi ha dato una pessima esperienza, questi tre giorni non mi sono riposato bene. Ha rovinato le mie aspettative per le vacanze.

Great hotel. Stayed here before and it’s really nice for the price. Just be aware that they have an issue with their lifts at the moment, and I think it may be a while before they’re fixed from what a member of staff told me. They offer to carry your bags up to your room etc but, if you have mobility issues, you should confirm what floor your room’s on before booking.

The location is quite good. It takes only ~10min walk to the university of Edinburgh. And we are warmly greeted and patiently treated during our stay. Recommend it.

It was a great stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

看到這條評論的朋友，希望謹慎考慮是否要預訂這家酒店。我之前預訂的別的Leonardo感受特別好，所以還是選擇了同品牌的。因為要去愛丁堡遞簽證所以選擇這家，步行5分鐘的確很近，但是感受特別差…首先這家的房卡是不能和手機貼的很近的，衹要一貼近就會消磁，刷不開房門衹能下去找前台，其次房間很小特別昏暗，一面鏡子正對着床很嚇人，我給我朋友發視頻説我害怕她跟我説讓我把燈全部打開就好了，我跟她説有沒有一種可能我已經是把全部燈打開的狀態…最後我想用燒水壺的時候發現發現燒水壺裡還有水剩下（意味着並沒有人仔細地打掃過房間，不知道是哪一任客人留下的水）噁心的我沒敢打開看也沒用，杯子是有很明顯水漬的，毛巾上有毛（懂都懂），窗户沒辦法關上，晚上有大車經過很吵。衹能慶幸我洗完澡去的愛丁堡且衹去一天，早上發現吹風機是壞的用不了，衹能下去找前台。前台有個黑人小哥很熱心，但是有個類似主管戴眼鏡胖胖的男的態度很差，我第二次去找前台表示卡刷不出的時候態度非常差地和我説不要把卡和手機放在一起，可是之前從來沒有告訴我，而且我的確是第一次住這樣設施老舊的酒店不好意思我的確是不知道這點….btw晚上點的uber eats外賣小哥找了半天沒找到這家酒店（二樓的門口也就是googlemap上顯示的大門巨小，基本上無法辨認這是一個酒店）我跟在小哥屁股一邊喊一邊跑他才停下來。所有評論的點都真實且客觀 中國人不騙中國人

地理位置非常好，乾淨 但很小比較舊 歐洲英國差不多都如此 但總體算不錯，很貴。 愛丁堡old city這塊沒便宜的. Location很好

很安靜，方便，推薦。

前台很好很熱情缺什麼東西都會送上來

非常陳舊的設施，昏暗的環境。最讓我不滿意的是，酒店的熱水壺極其骯臟。以至於我沒有熱水來泡茶。對於兩千多RMB的價格來説非常不值得。
