Great location just next to train station, near to Royal mile, Edinburgh castle, Victoria Street etc. Only problem was hair dryer quite old n sticky.

酒店的地理位置極佳，出口火車站，步行3分鐘到。還是拍照打卡的地方，住在別人的風景裏，感覺很好！最重要的是到愛丁堡，美術館網紅步行幾分鐘可達。有點貴是真的。愛丁堡的酒店普遍很貴。

1、房間有蜘蛛；
2、選的基礎雙人間，到店兩個人，要求一個人一晚再付20磅，問為什麼叫雙人間但衹讓住一個人，前台説雙人是雙人床，要住兩個人的話必須加錢；
3、有一説一攜程態度還可以，雖然沒有免掉兩個晚上一共40磅的額外費用，但也做了補償；
4、酒店地理位置可以，但是1600一晚沒有窗户沒有早餐，還不如加錢去好一點的。

Hotel was great, only marked it down slightly as they were having building work done to the front of the hotel. Didn't have a major impact on our stay and will definitely be back.

It's in a great location - near to the train and to almost everything. The room is clean and new, it would be great if there's a view outside my window.

Fabulous little funky hotel a stones throw from the train station.
Only criticism is that the reception team weren’t particularly welcoming. Neither person acknowledged when I arrived on a cold Thursday evening, they remained completely silent whilst checking me and simply handed me the key. I had to ask how to get to my room!
As the receptionist is the first person you see would be great to feel like they want you there as a guest!
Then had very little knowledge of food availability and essentially sent me off to the bar to find out.
Bar team on the other hand were excellent, friendly and very informative.
Had a lovely cheese toastie, great drinks selection and a brilliant trendy bar with lots of residents/guests drinking.
10 out of 10 for hotel and bar team just need to train the reception team!

No room service. Bought a quick bite at the bar and dirty plate was never removed from my room. Carpet looked old and dirty in the room
