Ho trascorso una notte in hotel e mi è piaciuto tutto, il personale è cordiale e sempre sorridente, il cibo era eccellente

Booked a 3 nights stay here from 13 to 15 May. Room size is ok, and is next to the Edinburgh Zoo, about 25 mins by bus from Waverly station. Room heater was not working so it felt cold throughout. Water pressure is ok.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was everything we needed really. Apart from the slight distance (20-30ish min bus ride)from the city centre, it was clean, well-equipped and also super spacious. Super value for money!

Good hotel all round. Good location, especially for a day at the zoo or to watch Scotland play rugby. It is easy to get to the city centre too. The room we had was big and clean. Bed was comfortable and there was a big telly. Didn’t get a chance to use it but there is a pool.

we booked 2 rooms and got on different floors. Room service not available after 3pm everyday due to less staff. Waited for more than 2 - 3 hours for early check in. Request was not considered for 1 room.

Excellent travel links a d location for the zoo and getting into the city centre.

Tired room like back into the 80's. Old bathroom amenities with a smelly yellowish shower curtain. Dirty cups and teaspoon with stains on it. Not recommended. We paid £110 for a 3-person room, which can have a much better choice for this price.

Great location next door to the zoo. Ten minutes walk to local amenities and several buses directly to the city centre. Lovely bar/restaurant with pool table etc for kids, also lovely views. Lovely sunrise if your room is east facing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff.

I booked a room for my wife, daughter and myself. I paid for it. However, after going to the hotel, they said they would put an extra bed for my daughter and wanted me to pay an extra 165 pounds. I said I had already paid for 3 people and that I would not pay extra. They said it was not our fault, trip.com wrote so. So they blamed you. In the end, they charged me an extra 120 pounds.

Ventilation in the room could be better, location kinda inconvenient although there is a bus stop right outside. Room is clean and spacious however the lighting is not great as there is no ceiling light.

Convenient location with a great bus route outside, 15 min walk to the nearest shop tho if you need anything. Was really cute seeing into the zoo from our window. Very clunky doors though, you can hear everyone coming and going and also the heating in our room didn’t work needed to get extra blankets sent to the room

My expectations weren't very high but I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel smelt amazing & the reception staff were welcoming & friendly. One of the reception staff helped me zip up my dress as I couldn't reach & went out of her way to help me. Breakfast was awesome & checking out was super straight forward. I would recommend in a heartbeat!

Was a very short stay but we thoroughly enjoyed it!! Hope to be back again.
