Un po' lontano dal centro città, ma il posto è vicino a ristoranti e parchi. La camera non era pronta all'orario del check-in, quindi ci è stato permesso di fare il check-out più tardi per compensare la breve attesa. La camera era piuttosto vecchia e il lavandino e la zona del bagno erano piuttosto ammuffiti. Tuttavia, il personale era cordiale e disponibile.

Very basic accommodation. Questioned the cleanliness a little bit and there was a strong smell throughout the guesthouse. But it does the job of providing a bed for one or two nights in Edinburgh if you’re looking for affordable accommodation.

The room is good but the staff replied very late to my phone call, there's said the check-in time is 2pm but there was nobody when I arrived at 2pm, I waited outside the door until 2.30pm after someone came.

The staff were friendly and hotel location was fairly good. There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. It is about a 15-20 minutes walk to center and many bus stops available.

Very convenient location for the festival. A lovely old house with lots of space. I arrived an hour early and it was no problem. Very kind manager.

If you are looking for a room in Edinburgh with no frills but affordable this hotel ticks the boxes . It’s not much dearer than a dormitory but far more private with a room and shower . It’s also a fifteen minute walk to the centre and ten minutes to holy rood park and palace and opposite a pub and restaurant . It was very peaceful there and ideal for a budget friendly city visit

A little expensive for such a small in a cellar, but clean and tidy though. And very hospitable.

It was a nice stay , cleanliness was good , I stayed for 2 nights and heating was switched off on 2nd night And it was very cold

Owner was really friendly and the facilities were nice and clean. Complementary tea and coffee. About 30 mins walk from the city center so not the perfect location, but close enough that it's not a problem.

場所はエジンバラから徒歩10〜15分くらいで、バスストップも近くにあるため問題なくたどり着くことができた。 エジンバラ大学も近くにあるため、周りの雰囲気は悪くはなく、とても良かった。 オーナーも親切な人で、チェックインの時間を調整してくれたり、荷物を部屋まで置いてくれていた。 また、他のゲストハウスとは違い、湯沸かし用の水なども置いてくれていたため、快適に過ごすことができた。 バスルームは共有だが、こちらも使いやすく、wifiなども問題なく使用できた。

地下室房間，沒有衞生間，如廁，淋浴需要到樓道走好多步去進行，還要用鑰匙開門，鎖門，非常不方便，房間不能通風，沒有采光，太閉塞，陰暗潮濕，和旅館名稱櫻花截然不同！

這個價格在愛丁堡算相當實惠的了，房間配備吹風機，一大桶飲用水，WiFi信號也不錯。攜程上顯示衹能晚上八點之前辦入住，但實際上晚上十點半之前都是可以辦入住的，就是要提前和店家打個電話或是發條郵件説一下。
