Avrebbe ricevuto una valutazione più alta se non fosse stato per i capelli sul pavimento del bagno, che non ci appartengono, in quantità evidente. Come ci sono finiti? I capelli corti e ricci sono molto particolari. Comunque, la camera era abbastanza buona, ma i prezzi a Edimburgo sono piuttosto alti. La posizione era comoda, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Haymarket o dalle fermate degli autobus nelle vicinanze. Il personale cerca sempre di essere disponibile. I cuscini sono molto comodi, così come il letto.

Gli hotel alla stazione principale di Edimburgo sono relativamente costosi, ma questo non è troppo lontano da Haymarket, quindi puoi risparmiare sulle spese di viaggio. Anche così, le strutture dell'hotel e il personale della reception sono ottimi, e il ristorante serve anche colazione, pranzo e cena, il che è una scelta molto conveniente!

Uno degli hotel con il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo a Edimburgo e persino nel Regno Unito. La reception ha aggiornato la tipologia di camera e ha fornito la colazione gratuita per due persone (in realtà in un hotel di questo livello viene fornita una colazione continentale). Anche la posizione è buona, è molto vicino a ovunque si possa prendere un taxi.

Breakfast was tasty but everyday the same. One time were eggs served with hair, but they change it after notice.Room was nice, bed comfortable.Hotel looks nice but is very far by foot from city center. But service in hotel very chaotic. Our bath tube had issues that prevented us from using it but we had to solve it with 5 different people until it was done. Also we woke up around 2-3 times per night because of the thin walls and shauting guests.

This is a very good hotel. Rome have hot water and air conditioner. The bed very comfortable.

It was a nice stay. Haymarket is nearby. Most everyplace is walkable from here. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I didn't include the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The breakfast is in the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel.

This is a rather disappointing stay. I hope we can get a proper compensation. 1. The bathroom does not have any basic toiletries, not even hand soap. We had to go down to reception to ask and was given hand lotion and told that it works as hand soap?!? 2. Breakfast is not ready at 7am. Breakfast is supposed to serve from 7 - 10am. On first morning, breakfast spread was not complete because chef came to work late. (Photo shows what was available to guests). We had to leave to catch our day tour bus so we barely ate anything. On the next day, no breakfast was served because there was issues with gas. 3. Room cleaning was not complete. Room cleaning only made the beds and refreshed the towels. The dustbins were not emptied and the toilet papers were not replenished.

環境:區分下地理位置,説是離車站很近,但這裡是離Haymarket很近,並不是Edinburgh waverly很近,好在兩個站火車班次多,也就四分鐘,及也有公交,但介意的還是要注意下,但離Haymarket是真方便,平地距離五分鐘吧,門口有TESCO,晚上11點關門 衞生:總覺得這層潮潮的,地毯上還有些污漬,但好在第二天發現沒特別吵,估計靠樓梯口那間會比較吵吧,挨着往餐廳走的路口 服務:扣一星是真的很不喜歡ground層,是半地下的,就三個房間,窗户在左上角,但到的時候衹有這一間了也懶得換了就住下了 設施:房間還有的設施都有,空調不是太工作,但晚上不開温度也適中還好,水到晚上集中用水時會不太熱,洗手枱兩個水龍頭都是涼水,淋浴好一點

走路差不多的十五分鐘左右可以到王子街很方便,酒店周圍相對安靜,早餐也不錯,洗澡有熱水 總體來説還不錯的

酒店前台**女生有種族歧視,態度特別差,千萬不要預訂這個酒店。 當日11:00到達酒店check in,前台**男生告知目前沒空房,但已辦理好手續,下午15:00後來拿房卡即可。下午19:00到達酒店,**女生強制性要我們留信用卡訊息錄入酒店系統,並且未説明任何原因,房費已在攜程付款,此費用並非按金,我們表示可以給現金代替信用卡,離店時返還即可。但!!酒店拒收現金???離譜的是,我們説沒有applepay時,對我們翻了白眼,甚至很大聲問我“中國信用卡為什麼連不上applepay”,後續聯繫攜程管家溝通,這位**女生前台還…大聲“罵”攜程管家(我不理解,並大為吃驚)。 後續遇見同胞回酒店,溝通後發現,同胞checkin時沒有留下任何的信用卡訊息。 最後實在對此酒店服務無語,聯繫攜程退訂,改換另外一家酒店。旅行出門在外,感謝同胞幫忙和攜程跟進專員,幫我們爭取權益。
