Good for transit near airport

We had an excellent dinner and the staff were lovely! Jason in particular was amazing, bubbly and served us with a smile. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was perfectly equipped. Would definitely recommend! And would come back for the food alone!

Handy for airport but terrible service in bars and restaurants .....good sleep beds comfortable and easy walk to airport. Was told no parking for my few days away but parking spaces everywhere

Based in other reviews we were a little nervous, however all went well. Parking is calculated at the end of your stay with a voucher from reception. We stayed 3 nights, booked an accessible room, but beds were narrow/tiny, PI staff showed us a non accessible bed was Fabulous & oh so comfy. Hotel does show wear & tear but nothing unusual. We would normally Breakfast at PI was too expensive for us, we found a local eat as much as you like for £9 each. Smoking area should be allocated away from entrance & rooms

Really Enjoyed our stay at this premier Inn found all staff very polite and friendly would definitely stay again Room was comfortable clean and the evening meal and breakfast was excellent The manger was a very friendly and helpful at all times we picked this premier inn because it was not far to get to the cruise terminal

Turned up at the hotel after a long flight delay. Machines would not allow us to book in so we range the staff bell as sign, after pressing it 3 times we went to the Bar to ask for assistance. A member of staff took a while to come through and then booked us in, no would you like breakfast etc.. and was unfriendly to say the least. I asked if they were still serving food and told no with a shrug. No other suggestions. On the way up to the room we past the vending machines and looked to buy something to eat but machines were not working. Got to the room and bed was gritty sandy, we had to shake off the covers and brush off the bed. The room seemed not clean. My partner decided to make a cup of tea but it tasted like soap; on closer examination of the kettle it was dirty with cloudy water. Throwing it away and filling the kettle again resulted in the same result. Overall not a great experience or start to our holiday. We were planning on coming over and staying here later in the year as well for a family birthday but not now!! We have not even slept yet and I am writing this.. we were also going to have breakfast but even though hungry I don’t think we will going on the cleanliness of the room etc.
