該酒店老闆人很好，幫忙很多。由於酒店價格不貴，所以沒有安裝空調是大問題，房間白天非常熱。屋裡有30度。我已經起痱子了。島上晚上九點後涼快不需要空調了。酒店前台接待服務接機可以，但是前台服務員介紹的導遊和租車公司都比正常價格高一倍，一天導遊居然要3500人民幣，相當於美元500美元，離譜了，後又找了導遊衹花160美元。 其中前台服務人員中間有回扣是顯而易見，所以謹防上當。租車也是一樣，前台服務人員聯繫租車公司90000比索，酒店老闆租車給我45000比索。太驚悚了。 供大家參考。不要上前台的當

房東Tiare 非常熱情體貼。早餐簡單可口。廚房可以做飯。我們夫妻對這裏留下的非常好的印象。我住的期間生病了，房東團隊還給我特地炒了雞蛋，令我感動

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean and within a 20min walk to the town area. The staff was helpful and very responsive via WhatsApp and transported us to/from the airport. We did not use any of the common space and did not have breakfast on site, but our kitchen in the cabin was well equipped for us to make our own meals.

Tiare is the perfect host, picked us up at the airport and gave us a quick tour of the town before taking us to the accommodation. The cabin is perfect for 2 people kitchen, bathroom, living area and 2 bedrooms with a small porch with seating area. It is quite a walk from the centre of Hanga Roa so if you don't like walking I would suggest a car/bike, we hired a care for 2 days form Tiare and it was perfect! Breakfast was fantastic as soon as we finished one day we could not wait to see what was for breakfast the next day! All staff we spoke to were extremely helpful and could not do enough to help. Dropped back off to the airport in perfect time for the flight back to Santiago. A great 4 night stay and would definitely come back!

This trip has been in the making for 3 years, I originally had a different place booked but COVID hit and we all know the rest. I was able to finally go back and found this gem, the owner Tiare is a doll and made our stay there the best, she was waiting for us at the airport and gave us a quick tour of the island, and even took us to get our tickets for the park entrance prior to checking us in to the hotel. They have a car rental agency at the hotel which made everything so seamless. We had booked a guide with her and last minute he canceled, guess who came to the rescue? Tiare of course…. And it worked out even better as the guide she got us I feel like it was meant to be. I can’t say enough about how great this place was, from the small details in the room to the restaurant recommendations. Everything was top notch.

Desde antes de llegar a la isla Tiare nos guió en todo momento, nos brindó seguridad y comodidad durante toda nuestra estadía. Fuimos con nuestros hijo de 1 año y fue muy acogedora, nos equipó la cabaña para nuestro hijo con cuna, silla de comer, de auto y coche. La verdad una experiencia inolvidable.

Muchisimas gracias a Thiare y cia. Desde el primer dia de contacto antes de viajar a la Isla estuvo contestando todas mis dudas, sus cabañas fueron como estar en casa.TODO PERFECTO!!.. Los desyunos exquisitos, son muy amables, AME ISLA DE PASCUA. Su gente, su cultura, su historia, sus paisajes, sus bailes, buceo, sus flores, la lluvia, el viento y el sol. RECOMIENDO AL 1000% LAS CABAÑAS HENUA ITI.. Volvere😉...

Fui en noviembre 2023 con mi esposo a celebrar mi cumpleaños. MARAVILLOSA experiencia. Tiare una hermosa persona. Quedamos tan encantados que en abril de 2024 mis hijos fueron obviamente, ellos como jóvenes también quedaron felices. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Además ella se preocupo del arriendo del auto y asesorarlos con los tour. 100% recomendables.
