The space Located on the third floor this apartment is “ themed” using inspiration from the famous neighbouring Italian Ice Cream Parlour. The apartment has its own hallway leading to an open plan Italian style kitchen. From the kitchen, enter the main area with a large plump sofa bed leading to an area with a King size bed, beautiful sea views, table and chairs plus Smart TV. Curtains divide the sleeping areas for night time . A newly refurbished shower room and separate WC. Lobby leading to the rear terrace with external seating , foliage and twinkly lights. Guest access You have use of this entire apartment on a self catering basis. Private facilities throughout. All bedding and towels plus guest hospitality tray provided. Other things to note Based on recent feedback we have installed a new WiFi mesh system that has taken the average WiFi speed from 2 Mb/s to 60 Mb/s in the apartment. There are child locks on the windows restricting how much they open. If guests want to open windows further the key for the cold lock is located high on the window frame. Please restore child lock on departure.
