Such a British stay in this nice and clean guest house! We literally loved it. You can choose your breakfast that you are going to have in an intimate space. Rooms are romantic, cosy and in convenient position close to the beach. You will feel like in a Jane Austen movie!

Booked for a two night stay in December to visit friends in Louise - a single room on the first floor. The owner kindly allowed me to check in early as the national train strikes meant I would have been waiting for 45 mins to check in. Beautiful room, canopied single bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers along with a small fridge in the wardrobe & tv. Blackout blind on the window, En-suite bathroom was immaculate with a full length bath & shower running from mixer tap. Breakfast menu give to you at check in and when the rooms are cleaned with a choice of a cooked breakfast or porridge & cereal. Would highly recommend a stay - very quiet guest house close to the beach, owners are very accommodating & non-intrusive.

What an amazing guesthouse, near the seafront, excellent location. Friendly hosts, gorgeous spacious ensuite bedroom. Spotlessly clean, nice touch of bottled water, and a chocolate! Freshly cooked breakfast which was delicious in a lovely dining room. Highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting Eastbourne, you won't be disappointed.

The owner was very welcoming and my single room was charming, with en suite bathroom. The breakfast was cooked to order, so much nicer than a buffet. Well situated near the front and within walking distance of the pier.

Tucked away up a side street about 2 minutes from the seafront this guest house doesn’t have the setting of some of the grand neighbours. But small is definitely beautiful in the case of this guest house. A great welcome. A large clean room with spotless bathroom go a long way in my opinion. It’s the attention to detail that stands out, that you don’t expect from a guest house. Cork screw, Nespresso coffee machine (and pods), water bottles, fridge to mention just a few. Then of course there is breakfast. Again very different with a wide choice of items, all well cooked, with the bonus of a delightfully prepared fresh fruit salad to start you off.

Absolutely loved my three night stay here. Lovely host (Jose), charming property with character and splendour! Check in was friendly and quick. My room, clean, comfortable and with all that was required. Ensuite, fridge, tv, Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making, etc., couldn’t find anything to fault. I slept well throughout. Centrally located, very close to the beach, pier and town centre. I was here for a break which coincided with the air show which was a massive bonus as was the weather, glorious! Also did some shopping and visited Eastbourne Cricket Club for some cricket, all very close. Breakfast (preordered) was excellently served, tasty and fulfilling. Most of the usual options are available, including full English. Sad to leave, but certainly wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended.
