Hotels con pick-up a East Syracuse

L'ho usato durante il mio viaggio d'affari e sono riuscito a passare il giorno perfetto in viaggio d'affari. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio al soggiorno. Lascio dopo averlo usato bene.

1st, I have been there for over a 7-month stay. So I know the place very well. The general manager as of 9/2022, seems to me, fits more as an ASSISTANT manager. Whoever is doing the hiring doesn't seem to know how to do it well. They consistently hire low-quality people who don't think well. I consistently wonder how she got the title ”General Manager”. The general manager is a little bit too nice to people and they overrun her many times. Considering this hotel allows pets, dogs, and cats in particular, along with people consistently walking in and out of the hotel, you would think they would keep their rugs clean! NOPE! The main hallway rugs are only cleaned once every 2 or 3 months IF THAT! They don't seem to care or be aware much of the cleanliness of the hallway rugs. They can't keep employees for more than 3 months. I counted the amount of time new employees stay at the hotel and I counted on average they stay a max or less than 3 months. Looking at it from an employee's point of view, it doesn't seem like a fun place to work lol. The night staff aren't very competent many times. They only hire 1 front staff member in the front for the night. The logic in that? I don't know! One front staff member went out for a smoke and had 3 guests (including me) waiting at the desk for over 5 minutes. He came back, looking at his eyes I can tell he wasn't smoking cigarettes lol! Their housekeeping process is weird. Instead of giving the guests the option early on to ask for housekeeping when the guests want it, the hotel seems to feel it's best to send a housekeeper to your door anytime between 9-11 am, knocking to see if you want housekeeping. That can be VERY annoying to many guests hearing ”Housekeeping” at 9 am in the morning during a quiet and peaceful morning. Speaking of low-quality staff, there are many times when the housekeepers don't clean well also! Many times they do a half job! Then, the staff/managers don't do a great enough job telling the guests to place their trash in the TRASH ROOM and NOT outside of their door! It should be common sense in general for guests to know not to place their trash outside their door while staying at a hotel. However, many people don't understand common sense these days and don't think well for themselves. This is why I feel the managers should make it their goal to speak with specific guests who leave their trash outside their doors. If this is to be a hotel of cleanliness, wouldn't that be OBVIOUS to be aware of this matter and stay on top of it? Oh, they only have 1 maintenance guy who ONLY works M-Fri! When I heard that I was like WHAT? They literally only have 1 maintenance guy on their staff and NO other one in general, and he only works m-fri 9-5 pm. Does that make sense? Imagine if you have an emergency on a Saturday night. Think you can wait till Monday? Depends on the emergency. That's IF the guy even remembers to get to your room Monday at that lol! Overall,

Questo Residence Inn non è niente di speciale e ha bisogno di lavoro. Il personale mi ha aiutato, anche se sembrava nuovo o non davvero preoccupato o scusato per le questioni che si sono verificate a Marriott ritornando membri dell'Elite. Il sito web di Marriott dice che le camere sono appena rilassate, non sono le camere che stanno facendo male, sembrano vecchie e usate. Da ciò che ho visto • hanno cambiato solo alcune cose come i tappeti, le porte del gabinetto, i nuovi apparecchi (che sembravano ancora vecchi) e il pavimento del bagno. La nostra stanza era molto buia con luci morti e luci che non funzionavano. Il nostro bagno era bloccato. Così siamo andati al divano davanti chiedendo se la manutenzione potesse venire e riparare alcune cose. Mi è stato detto che non c'era alcuna manutenzione in proprietà, ma potevo avere lo strumento per sbloccare il bacino. Non mi dispiace che non sia giusto farlo (sono sopra un membro dell'Elite). Così abbiamo avuto un'altra stanza, questa stanza era molto buia, ma tutto ha funzionato. Il mio punto è che questo hotel ha un problema di manutenzione molto importante e vorrei dire alcune questioni senza personale sul modo in cui trattano i membri rimpatriati. L'hotel è vecchio e mostra e la mancanza di manutenzione il posto continuerà a peggiorare. Era molto pulito e non ha avuto odore cattivo. La posizione è buona, non è giusto per la città, negozi, SU, ma non c'è niente da fare intorno al terreno dell'hotel. Si dice di rimanere in questo hotel se vuoi una grande stanza, alcune attrezzature di cucina, ma non si aspetta una vera esperienza o servizio Marriott e una stanza mal ristrutturata.

Avevo abbastanza tempo in questo motel. La camera mi sentiva più pulita e il letto era abbastanza comodo. Il personale era gentile e utile, anche se rimasi solo tre notti e non ne avevo bisogno molto durante quel tempo. Si sentiva al sicuro, era vicino a una stazione di gas, a una stazione di gas, a un minimart, a un negozio di liquori.

Interno aggiornato della camera, pittura fresca, nuovo pavimento, accessori aggiornati della camera da bagno. Molto comodo letto e letti freschi. Colazione inclusa è stata ben memorizzata con molte opzioni. Si consiglia 10/10.

Questo hotel non era frills ma super pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo fermati dopo un arrivo tardivo del nostro volo dall'Italia. Parcheggiamo all'hotel prima di partire e ci siamo fermati la notte al ritorno dal nostro viaggio. L'hotel ha anche organizzato per il nostro pick-up dall'aeroporto. Tutti erano molto accoglienti da prenotazione a soggiorno, soprattutto il manager notturno Sean. Siamo molto apprezzabili e sicuramente pensa di rimanere di nuovo per i voli in inverno!

had a great stay besides at checkout when they didn’t honor my late checkout and i was bothered by 2 employees back to back. will definitely stay here again if i ever need to

Came here for a Business trip and the first night was not so bad but then it just kept getting worse and worse we went two days without room service the tv is pretty crappy but surprisingly still works and what’s is this business of checking in the front desk just to go to a pool? Absurd.And in the mourning almost everyday there was no pancakes just coffee and some weird tasting orange juice I had to go out to eat every morning. The beds are also very low and the staff cleaning the rooms did not care at all about my stay.And I found a hair brush behind my tv that clearly shows that the cleaning crew doesn’t do there job properly.Also the blinds are not really blinds there see through. I had no towels to clean myself after 2 days of complaints.There were Cobb webs everywhere and the heat didn’t even work I slept cold for many nights and there was mole on some walls.Last time I came here everything was perfectly fine but as I can see the management has went down extremely.I would most definitely not recommend this hotel.
