Alpine Village Resort

The interior was a good one. The food is cooked very well. The staffs were very friendly.The gaming room was also fun for us. The view was very pleasant. The paintings were also nice. You can plan a to stay in this hotel when you will be travelling to Gangtok. From Ayan and Tiyasha Majhi and there family. Staff Eldrin and Soroj are very nice.

All services is good and laundry is good Eldrin, Elmit and sanjay this is very supportive and cordinate staff Special thanks to Eldrin he is very calm and helpful If you comes meet with Eldrin he is very good and manage everything for everyone ❤️❤️

One of our best stays ever! Reaching Udaan Alpine was a little bit of a problem as it's 25 mins up from the city. BUT, from the minute we reached there, it was all good. A very very nice and well kept property. So beautiful that I would often step out of my room and roam around on different terraces. The staff is exceptionally good at Udaan Alpine. Ritik was very welcoming and more than accomodating when we requested for a better view room in the same category we had selected. Every staff member was very prompt and warm. The food was great. Had such awesome uttapams and aloo parathas for breakfast that I couldn't resist calling the chef Suman to thank him personally for the same. Food quality is a very tricky thing. Sometimes you don't get the right quality even in the finest of hotels and resorts. But here, it was very pleasing. The rooms are spacious and the view from our huge balcony was like the icing on the cake. This is probably the longest review I have ever written, and happily so :) Keep flying and shining Udaan Alpine !

Very nice property with great views of mountains. Rooms are specious and clean. Restaurant food is very good. Friendly staff Things to improve: 1. Restaurant is under staffed, need to wait for very long time, Breakfast does not fully start even past the scheduled time, this will affect guests who want to checkout or go on sight seeing 2. Rooms do not have hair drier, concept of borrowing from Reception and giving it back to them is quite odd. 3. In such cold places like Gangtok, you charge separately for Room heater

Overall experience was really nice.. Rooms are quite big, spacious and comfortable. Service is also very good.. The hotel is in the outskirts of gangtok, therefore a bit far.. Rest all is good and nice. The food here is also awesome according to your taste!

Very good property and staff is also good specially Mr, Eldrin and other person saroj r very helpful and kind too..... We had a best time at udaan Alpine Resort The room are very similar as it is show in the web site and their hospitality also excellent. It has a mountain View from the room And it becomes more beautiful specially in the morning time. It was treat and satisfied stay
