It's a very nice place for a family to stay. Nice room and clean. We will come back again.

It’s time for some upgrades. This resort has not been updated at all from the construction in 1985. Appliances are old and work terribly. The toaster we used barely worked. There were so many noises from the suite above us it was hard to fall asleep. There was significant water hammer of the plumbing in the walls so the noises were very frustrating. The rooms were clean but so outdated the couch cushions were ripped and the hide a bed was at least 35 years old.
There were no ammenities. The hotel restaurant was closed for the season. No cabs or any transportation so we had to walk to the grocery store down the highway for food.
Staff was nice and polite but seemed checked out for the winter.

Bedding and pillows are extremely poor quality, shockingly uncomfortable mattress. We were not able to sleep.

We have stayed here a few times with declining experiences. There are better options in the valley — advise against.

Our stay was very good, just wanting to let you know the fridge was NOT working. The toaster needs to be replaced as well - not working.

It was -38 and the heat was turned off!!! We couldn't believe it when we walked in the suite. It was so cold, we turned on all the heaters, but it took hours to warm up. Also, there was no forks to eat and only one small spoon. It seems like the place is very poorly looked after. I reserved for 3 people and the pullout couch wasn't made, only 2 towels were there, and no additional pillows and/or blankets... Not sure if I can recommend

We enjoyed the location as it was just across the highway from the hot springs and ski hill. We were never told where the hot tub was on site or if it was working so that was too bad. The room was a good size and the full kitchen was excellent. We enjoyed the large jetted tub in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.

Place was clean, could use a few more dishes and cutlery, a set of 4 makes for lots of washing dishes. The 1st night we pulled out the sofa bed and started searching for sheets/blankets and pillows, there were no pillows, so i called the front desk only to be told they were closed (it was almost 8:30) and they cant help, and to call back at 9am. Not super helpful. So my son slept with no pillows. The neighbor beside us flooded his place, so water went into ours, hard to soak up with only 2 towels that we got. And then he also set the smoke alarm off at 6am the next morning. Not the hotels fault, but not a great experience with him.
