Disappointing Experience – Needs Major Improvement
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made the stay unpleasant:
1. Unattended Reception: Upon arrival, there was no staff at the reception desk for nearly 30 minutes. This was frustrating and gave a very poor first impression.
2. Room Issues: The room I was provided had a TV with a broken display, rendering it useless. Additionally, the towels provided were in terrible condition—worn out and full of holes. The curtains were almost see-through, and since the room was on the ground floor, this severely compromised my privacy and comfort.
3. Poor Maintenance: The overall state of the rooms and property was appalling. It was evident that proper maintenance was not a priority here.
4. Terrible Dining Experience: I placed an order for dinner at 5:30 pm, but it wasn’t ready even by 8:45 pm. To make matters worse, I had ordered non-vegetarian food and was served vegetarian instead. When I raised this issue, I was told it was a mistake, as the kitchen had erroneously prepared the wrong dish.
These issues combined made for a highly disappointing experience. It is clear that the management needs to take significant steps to improve the level of service, maintenance, and overall guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these problems.
