During my stay, the female front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, after booking and paying online they were inpatient as to wait for confirmation numbers to populate on their end so they threatened to throw my 5 year old son and myself out after already being guests for 3 days so in fear of that happening i personally paid and ultimately was charged twice which was also an issue the female staff were unhelpful and failed at resolving with me. Also during my stay there unfortunately was a murder that took place 3 doors down from my room and i was never
Compensated for being a witness to the crime or having my young son be subjected to crime scene investigation every time we left the room or were questioned by investigators. I am disgusted by my stay and staff in this establishment and will never recommend it from here on out.

Loved the surrounding area. Love near by places if needed. Out of service elevator. Satisfying cleaniness rooms. Service request items fast service. Great help from front desk. Enjoy my stay for the most part.
