4 Bedroom Home with Neighborhood Playground!

Family Trip Location was excellent as our event was being held at the Raising Canes River Center. It was about a 20 minute drive from the home. The home was very clean, plenty of toilet paper, towels, and directions about the property. We were a bit disappointed finding out a day before our trip the pool was going to be closed for the season. The property was advertised “neighborhood pool.” We are from out of state, and seeing the warm weather, we were looking forward to using the pool. No where in the description did it say the pool was closed for the season, hopefully the host will update the information so future guests are not disappointed. Overall, communication with the host was awesome and the home was very clean. We would stay again, in hopes the pool would be open.

Family Gathering We rented this home for an unexpected stay in Baton Rouge. The home was spacious and very well maintained. It offered enough space for extended family to have a meal with us without feeling over crowded.

Quick trip Quick trip for a few days with daughter. House and location were perfect for what we were looking for. Quiet, clean, and comfortable!

Great Neighborhood We recently stayed at a lovely VRBO in Baton Rouge and overall, it was a great experience. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons: Pros: Quiet Neighborhood: The house is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Convenient Location: It's close to stores, making it easy to pick up any necessities or enjoy some local shopping. Accessibility: The property is easy to get to, with clear directions and convenient parking. Spacious: There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and be comfortable. Community Pool: The community pool was a fantastic amenity, especially for the kids. Washer/Dryer: Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient for our extended stay. Walk-in Shower: The walk-in shower was a nice touch, providing ease of access and modern comfort. Responsive Owner: The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries or issues, which made our stay much smoother. Cons: Missing Toiletries: The property did not have shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, which we typically find in other VRBOs. Lack of Normal Supplies: It was missing many of the usual supplies we expect, such as extra blankets, pillows, and cleaning supplies (dish and hand soap). Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen lacked some essential items like a pancake or waffle maker, which the kids always look forward to. Unstocked Fridge: There were no basic condiments like ketchup or mustard in the fridge. No Hairdryer: A hairdryer was not provided, which was a minor inconvenience.

Enjoyable Stay We used this property for a work crew to stay. Our crews really enjoy the convenience of having a washer / dryer, kitchen facilities and a living room area to relax. I cannot stress how great this host was in terms of providing his cell phone number in case we needed anything. We intend to stay with them again when the next phase of our job starts.

Excellent Stay Everything was absolutely perfect! Location, communication, cleanliness, well stocked, beautiful area, wonderful floor plan, everything was in excellent shape! We will stay here again, and would absolutely recommend it! You will be very happy!
