Went there by chance as I was looking for an ATM to withdraw the cash and saw their board and it turned out to be the best decision. Brand name kamat is very well recognised in Maharashtra Circle but maintaing that name's reputation in Dwarka says everything. Amey Sane is managing the restaurant and seems like the hotel team has found a gem to manage their operations. Team is a mix of trainees and permanent staff and the way they are nurturing their trainees is quite commendable. I went their for lunch and rush was not that much so obviously the service was very quick. But to my suprise the service was equally good and fast when I went there for dinner as well. Though the restaurant was full but the turn around time was almost same. Kartik Sharma and Ajay are trainers and Rajnish and teams are making them future ready to handle the operations. All in all a team of superstars from top to bottom I would highly recommend them for managing the things so ridiculously well. Keep it up.

The hotel is very near to the Dwarikadhish Temple and this is the main USP of the place. We reached the hotel on 18th June immediately after Biparjoy. There was no Power in the City but hotel provided us basic amenities (excluding AC) with their Generator working continuously. As the power supply to the city was restored in the evening, we could get the most needed AC in our rooms restored. The Hotel staff is very polite and supportive. Restaurant was not working but food could be easily arranged from the shops nearby.

Pros 1. Grande personale ( menzione speciale al principe alla Reception e Priyanka al ristorante) che davvero ti fa sentire a casa e partecipare alla tua richiesta pazientemente. Il check-in era super veloce, lasciando la mia carta al momento del check-out e subito ricevendo una chiamata che ha risparmiato tempo quando aveva catturato un volo 2. La colazione era davvero buona e la cena era decente ( siamo andati con Mumbai Pav Bhaji che era una delusione ma il riposo era buono) 3. La vicinanza al tempio è buona e la maggior parte un rickshaw guida via 4. Il Spa sembra essere buono ma non poteva provare come doveva lasciare presto Cons Le camere sono pulite e pulite ma i letti devono essere di grandezza re per alcune camere è l'unico dire che l'insieme sarebbe rimasto in questo hotel quando visitare Dwarka

This hotel was booked my travel agent for 26th and 27th January 2024. I checked in on 26th and checked out on 28th morning. The owner did not say anything about payment till the time of check out. At that time, he is using all uncivilised language and asking me to pay rent Rs. 5000/ for two days. Instead of he asking the travel agency who booked the hotel, he is forcing me to pay. Nobody should visit this sort of cheaters managed hotels

Not the best experience so far. We had many disappoints and unsatisfied events. 1. It is not a Seaview resort. There's a construction happening, more like a new hotel/resort opening up. It is a see through view for the workers in our rooms. We had to compulsorily close our curtains for the workers to not peep in our rooms. 2. According to make my trip, the hotel would provide free commute to the Dwarka mandir, to which they blatantly denied saying that it could have been that MMT must have written but we do not offer such services. 3. The staff was not customer-friendly or service oriented. They denied carrying luggages from our car to hotel and vise versa. they also denied to escort us to the room. After check-in, we had to walk ourselves to the room with the luggage. 4. The hotel and rooms are not at all HYGIENIC. The room stinked, the washroom smelt like a dead rat. Upon requesting to clean, they again blatantly denied. The commode was full of fungus and used towels were provided by them. The bedsheet was also not clean. Watch the images on our MMT review. 5. The washroom didn't even had locks or latches. 6. The manager SANJAY PARMAR was the one to manage and of course another manager whom he denied to even know his full name or his identity. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.

Stayed a night at Hotel Gomti which was bang opposit e the Gomti Ghat and very convenient Pros 1. Very helpful and friendly front office staff who guided me all through and helped a lot in making my stay comfortable 2. Great location just 100 mts from the temple 3. Great place to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Dwarka ( morning and evening ) 4. Neat and tidy room 5. Decent food options @ the restaurant with friendly servers 6. Convenient for a quick dip in the gomti river Cons Nothing really If you are on a quick tour to Dwarka, just book a place at this hotel and look no further
