Hotel vicini a Reitallee a Dusseldorf

Overall, the hotel is a decent business hotel with modern rooms, a good breakfast at a nice location in Düsseldorf. You can hear the noises of a major thoroughfare and the heavy trams which use this thoroughfare in the rooms towards the back of building . So, if you are noise sensitive like me, the rooms in the direction of the park should be your preferred choice as they are perfectly quiet. The reason for the low evaluation is the following incident: when I arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long day and a business dinner, I had to find out that my room had already been prepared for the next guest. None of my personal belongings were left in the hotel room! As the reception had correctly confirmed my departure date during check in, there must have been obviously a miscommunication within the hotel about my departure date. I can accept that such miscommunication within a hotel can happen. However, what I cannot accept is the fact that my personal belongings could actually not be found any more in the hotel on that evening after I did inform the reception about my problem. I was provided that night with a toothbrush, a shaving kit and some other bathroom utensils. In the next morning, my belongings still had not surfaced so that I had to go to my business meeting with the same clothes that I had worn the day before. Right before my meeting started at 9:00 in the morning, I received a phone call from the hotel that my personal belongings had been found and were ready to be picked up at the hotel, 15km away from where I was at that point. After an intervention of the corporate travel manager, the belongings were carried to my meeting location by taxi and arrived before noon that day. On the positive side, the reception staff was very friendly and I was actually offered a monetary compensation for the lost clothes (something I declined, as I was certain that the belongings would surface at some point again; as I had to leave for my business meeting at that point in the morning, there would have been no time to buy new clothes. And buying clothes at 08:00 in the morning in Dusseldorf is a difficult undertaking anyhow). However, being “nice” only goes so far for a business hotel. For me, it is plainly unbelievable that the personal belongings of a hotel guest can just be removed from the hotel room and disappear for some time. I have now waited ten days for an official response from the Melia management, but as this response has not been forthcoming, I feel I would like to share this experience. May be there will be a reaction based on this post. If there will be, please do not tell me that you are ”committed to meet and exceed the expectations” of your guests. At least in my case, these expectations were not met.

Non lontano dalla stazione centrale, ma non proprio accanto ad essa, va bene, senzatetto nelle vicinanze. Effettuano il check-in dalle 15:00 alle 24:00, prima per i soldi se le camere sono disponibili. Può essere rumoroso dove le finestre si affacciano sul tram. La colazione è così così, salsicce e pomodori, cetrioli, ci sono cornflakes, tè, caffè. Di notte il riscaldamento viene spento o notevolmente ridotto.

L'hotel non ha molto stile di colazione pulito e pulito. Ci sono autobus e ferrovia leggera vicino a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città

Il personale è stato molto amichevole e attento, andando sopra e oltre per assicurarmi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo. Le camere erano spaziose, ben attrezzate e immacolatamente pulite. Le strutture dell'hotel erano di alto livello, tra cui una bella piscina e un centro fitness ben attrezzato. La posizione era anche perfetta, con facile accesso alle attrazioni e ai trasporti popolari. Raccomando al hotel chiunque cerca un soggiorno di lusso e piacevole.

Is my third time stayed in Holiday Inn Express in three different country, I’m definitely recommend it to everyone who looking for a nice and cheap hotel to stay one or two night.

Good Breakfast is not in a big area but it’s variety and quality is good. Good location in central of Düsseldorf, near to attractions and shop stores and malls. Room was not so big but very clean and it has safe. You can walk to Rhein riverside. DB train central station is ten min by walking Staff are friendly Aldi and Lidl is 2 min away by walking

Ich buche dieses Hotel nun schon einige Jahre in folge. Es liegt nahe des Hauptbahnhofs, somit auch perfekt für die Gäste die mit der Bahn anreisen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigen Tiefgarage, in der man als Gast der mit Auto anreist einen Parkplatz bekommt. Der ist allerdings kostenpflichtig. Wer aber in solche Städte reist, weis das überall Parkgebühren verlangt werden. Man findet selten solch ein ausnahmsloses freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist perfekt und immer bestens bestückt. Auch ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal, auch hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ja, die Bäder sind jetzt nicht riesig, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Bedingt durch die Bahnhofsnähe ist alles sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Wer gerne ein paar Schritte geht, kann auch vieles recht schnell Fußläufig erreichen.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per due giorni quando ho visitato Düsseldorf con la mia famiglia. L'hotel è ben situato, alla fine della Königsallee, la strada principale della città. Una stazione di metropolitana è situata proprio oltre la strada. Ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti in giro per strada e due supermercati dietro l'hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in una stanza gemella sul piano superiore che era pulita e ragionevole in termini di dimensioni. Il bacino è stato rotto ma l'acqua non è svuotato. Il buffet per colazione ha poche opzioni per un hotel 4-star, ci sono quasi nessuna frutta e latte alternative disponibili nel buffet, è necessario ordinare. Siate molto attenti con le tariffe per le vostre carte di credito. L'hotel ha bloccato 350 euro sulla mia carta di credito all'arrivo e questo importo non è stato rilasciato quando ho pagato per il mio soggiorno. Sono rimasto in questo hotel per un mese e sono ancora ritenuti in contanti.

Hotel molto bello. Ottimo servizio. Posizione era ideale, le camere erano ben progettate e molto comode l. Il cibo durante il nostro soggiorno era molto buono durante la conferenza medica turistica. Gli chef devono essere elogiati. Un complimento specifico per il suo dipendente, Zoe, che è una delle manager del ristorante, che ha lavorato entrambi i giorni del nostro show commerciale, perché il suo tempo era necessario alla nostra conferenza. Ha fatto un ottimo lavoro, mi ha aiutato più, ha lavorato molto, ha tradotto da inglese in tedesco per alcuni degli altri in cucina, ha sorriso tutto il giorno chiedendo come facevano tutti. È un'eccellente dipendente e rappresentante dell'hotel per chiedere aiuto. Il suo inglese è perfetto. È un'ottima atteggiamento e etica del lavoro. Inoltre, il check-in da parte del signor Koch è stato anche molto buono. Mi ha aiutato a trovare un farmacista rapidamente prima che chiudesse, ha stampato le direzioni e mi ha mostrato dove camminare. C'è un uomo più utile che lavora nel lobby. Ho parlato con lui per molto tempo. E' dalla Nigeria. Viaggio in Africa spesso per il mio lavoro. Questo hotel ha un servizio eccezionale, servizi e personale. Ben fatto Zoe, il signor Koch (non ricorda il suo primo nome) e il mio amico nigeriano nel lobby. Il lobby dell'hotel è piuttosto attraente. Vale la pena spendere tempo li rilassante.
