Hotel in zona Kleine Hütte, Dusseldorf

Come hotel a breve distanza, tutto è in linea con le mie aspettative. Ho fatto un errore con la prenotazione della stanza, ma l’hotel non mi permetterebbe di passare le date in avanti di un giorno. Ho finito di fare una seconda prenotazione per adattare la data di arrivo. Così ho pagato un giorno extra, che non sono rimasto, che è estremamente costoso. Trip.com ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutare, per il quale sono stato più grato. La gestione dell'hotel ha certamente qualcosa di cui preoccuparsi.

Hotel a 1 min. a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Dusseldorf. Si presenta molto bene, arredo moderno e dotato di tutti i confort. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e ben curate. Personale delle pulizie gentilissimo. Colazione, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, comunque trovate sia dolce che salato, soprattutto sono prodotti di buona qualità. È possibile prepararsi un buon pancake caldo. Bibite calde della lavazza. Siamo soddisfatti della scelta fatta.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, beim Frühstück hat man eine gute Auswahl an frischen regionalen hochwertigen Lebensmittel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto sehr trocken und sicher in der Tiefgarage des Hotels. Aufzüge sind vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super U-Bahn und S-Bahn und das Stadtzentrum/Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

這是本次歐洲行，最貴的一個酒店，本來抱着很好的期待，最後是無盡的失望。 因為是歐洲盃去看球，這個酒店屬於凱悦集團，我非常信任凱悦，就定了套房。遇到了幾個問題，給大家避雷: 1這個酒店是法院改造的，非常特殊，所以進門的時候，行李全靠門廊小夥和自己提上去，我的行李很多很重，我認為這很不合理，也很費勁。 2我預訂是雙床行政套房，既沒有給雙床，酒店也沒有設定行政樓層。最後告訴我滿房了，不能調整。我提出給我加個床，來解決問題。 3打掃衞生不靠譜。卧室一個床，它還不乾淨，床頭枕頭下一個死蒼蠅，噁心壞了。我立刻告訴前台來換，也沒給補償。還是攜程靠譜，給我補償了幾百塊錢，表達心意。我覺得一個酒店衞生這麼差，也很難做的好。 4早餐食物發黴。早餐品種多，但都難吃。水果還發黴！這個真的醉了，噁心極了。品控一塌糊塗。 5早餐服務差。服務人員態度惡劣，愛答不理。這是其他酒店一點沒遇到的，這個酒店特別明顯。 6比賽當天不給用餐廳。7.6那天比賽日，我們去看球前，出發之前想去pitti 吃頓飯。結果告訴我，不給使用餐廳，原因不明！ 這個酒店如果一個晚上2000，我覺得也就算了，也就這點水準。拜託，這是6000多9一個晚上的酒店，這個服務水平也太差了吧！ 特別是死蒼蠅、發黴水果，噁心到家了！請大家抵制這個酒店，不要去！

Dopo aver trascorso due notti qui, nel febbraio, prima del nostro volo, abbiamo assistito a una sorpresa unica stamattina dopo un volo notturno dal Caraibi: abbiamo potuto check-in immediatamente alle 8 e anche prendere colazione gratuitamente. Questo, cari ospiti e altri hotel, è il servizio più grande con i migliori servizi! Anche tutto il resto è adatto! Grazie, Ulli e William di Fuerteventura

Small hotel and small rooms but decent for singles. Rooms are labeled by city names, my room Los Angeles faces the street side and gets rather noisy at night which doesn't bother me much, but if sounds bothers you, best to request for a room facing the inside instead. As rooms are limited, best to request in advance. Room is basic, bathroom is a little small and old but clean. Lift is very small, while it says it could take 3 persons at a time, so far I've only made it with 2 persons at maximum when we are in our thick winter coats. With luggages, it can only fit 1. What I loved most is breakfast, the restaurant has a lovely glasshouse area with natural daylight, food is nothing wow typical basic fare, service is warm and friendly here. Location is pretty good, short walking distance to Victoria Platz U-Bahn Station and there's also a bus stop less than 100m away that brings you straight to the Messe Fairground. There's also a REWE supermarket just round the corner.

We booked months in advance on *********** before our stay on 20.8.23. We stayed for 1 night in a Family Room - a double bed with a bunk bed in one room with a shower room. The hotel despite being called “airport” is actually a 5-10 minute drive away by taxi (we paid €21 to get from Düsseldorf airport to the hotel by taxi). We had a nightmare at check-in. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel until after 11pm when the check-in desk closed. None of the reference numbers *********** had provided us with worked, so we thought we were going to be homeless! Luckily there was 2 emergency telephone numbers on the wall, we rang the first - it went to answerphone - luckily the second was answered but with my rusty German, I had to speak a mixture of German & English to explain what had happened. Luckily she found our reservation and give us the access code for the building & for the room (there is no room physical key) - such a relief! The room had air con (a welcome relief as it was 30’c when we visited), free Wifi, comfy beds & a lovely shower. Breakfast was €10.50 each - we booked in the morning due to the aforementioned check-in issues. Great selection of continental breakfast items. Check out was 12noon. The nearest tram stop “ISS Dom” is a 2 minute walk away which on the S1 line takes you to the Düsseldorf Hbf in 25 minutes, then you can change to catch a connection to Düsseldorf Airport, Cologne etc. We would definitely stay at a B&B Hotel again when visiting Germany again.

Questo hotel aveva tutto quello che volevo durante il mio viaggio a Euroshop. Buona inglese parlato dal personale, abbondante taxi sempre disponibile. Buon colazione disponibile con super caffè. La camera da bagno era di alta qualità e il letto super comodo. Solo critiche sarebbero la mancanza di caldaia e caffè disponibile in camera, e sicuramente raccomanda.

È vicino all'aeroporto. Bisogna prendere un taxi. Se avete bisogno di un bus navetta è necessario prenotarlo con un giorno di anticipo. La stanza è pulita. C'è un supermercato nelle vicinanze. È comodo per fare la spesa. È più adatto a persone che hanno voli in anticipo o viaggi d'affari.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, quasi all'aeroporto. A causa del volo precoce, ho anche fatto un soggiorno anticipato alla reception.Personalmente, il prezzo è leggermente costoso, haha.
