Das Hotel ist sauber und in Ordnung. Leider war der Aufzug kaputt und das Zimmer im 4.OG.

La habitacion en si estaba bien para pasar una noche. Sin embargo, no se habia hecho limpieza y el ruido del pasillo molestaba.

房間太小，早餐一般都是是中規中矩沒什麼可説的，離中央火車站不遠，德國酒店大部分都小，沒什麼可糾結的。

房間很乾凈，位置也很好，靠近地鐵站，出行便利

Spent one night, it was allright - a bit noisy for my liking but i slept well. Beds were comfortable! I could pretty much hear people watch tv through the walls, paperthin! But it felt very calm and of course a good location. A bit old with a small elevator, but i kind of liked it anyway. Didn't try breakfast

Back at our usual hotel everytime we are in Dusseldorf. I paid for a single room but got a slight upgrade to a double bed room but honestly, if it were 2 persons sharing, this would have been quite a squeeze. But me being alone, this was more than comfortable. Service staff are super nice and friendly, from front desk to breakfast service and housekeeping. Basic clean room, but bed and pillow are both too soft for my liking. Bathroom is clean, water pressure of the shower is good but the hair dryer is weak.  Location is rather convenient, with a direct bus to the Messe Centre, just 1 min walk away. There's also a Rewe supermarket just round the corner and quite some restaurants in the vicinity.  Breakfast spread is limited but I love the breads they offer and that's all I needed. On the morning of the last day, I left before breakfast operating hours and they had these packs ready for guests leaving early, with sandwiches, egg and fruit. How lovely.

Rooms of varying sizes, I got the twin room which was spacious but my colleague who got the single room it was really small with just enough space to move around. Hotel WiFi was terrible, during the period I was there the hotel is at 100% occupancy so when it came to the night, the WiFi is also overloaded and unable to logon. Breakfast is basic, cold cuts, eggs, bread, cheese. Typical of German hotels generally. Service staff are mostly seniors but very friendly and warm. Has a direct bus to the Messe Centre fairground just outside the hotel, also walking distance to Victoria Platz Ubahn Station.

zunächst einmal möchte ich die Mitarbeiter lobend erwähnen, alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Zimmerservice war einwandfrei. Es gibt keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer, aber man kann bei dem 24 Stunden besetzten Empfang jederzeit etwas zu trinken erhalten. Eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer hätte ich mir jedoch trotzdem gewünscht. Sehr gut war das Frühstück.

freundliche Begrüßung, tägliches reinigen der Zimmer, sehr gute Lage des Hotels.Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Guter Service , den ich nicht nutzen brauchte. Für Messegäste eine preiswerte Unterkunft.
