I had a great stay at JB Duke. I highly recommend the David Suite. It’s a large apartment with plenty of space. I’m happy there was a gym and guest laundry. Good place if visiting Duke or just Durham in general :)

the hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent. the staff were courteous and professional. I checked out at 4 AM and there wasn't anyone at the checkout desk, so the valet took my email and said he would give it to the attendant, and they would email me my receipt, but I never got my receipt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the JB Duke hotel. We were only there for one night but I wish I had booked two because it was that amazing. The room quality was top-notch. The valet was responsive and helpful and the restaurant staff for the marketplace and the lobby lounge were great. I highly recommend staying at the JB Duke hotel.

The entire hotel experience was amazing . Eric in Marketplace & all the Grill Chef made my day daily greetings & smiles compliments to the Marketplace staff I gained 6 Lbs. from all the delicious food ! Compliments to the staff who replenish snack stations ! Outstanding overall customer service in every area ! Wish I could bottle your staff take them back to Maryland ! Thanks for the Carolina Hospitality!! Love them Grits 🤩

I had lost my phone on the property, Caitlin (I believe, she was the assistant manager with red hair, so thoughtful) was exceptionally helpful she called me a taxi. (They didn't show up) she then booked me an uber on her personal phone so I could catch my flight home. She went way above and beyond the expectations for outstanding customer service.

Another excellent stay at the JB Duke. We always enjoy our stays at the JB Duke. Obviously, it is very convenient to the Duke campus and events. If you are ever visiting Duke or the town of Durham, you won't be disappointed with your stay at the JB Duke.
