We traveled in Bali and stayed at the same hotel for the trip. Everything is fine, and the staff are so nice. Thank you for the breakfast arrangements, housekeeping, and help with moving out the lizard. Many thanks! However, I had a negative experience regarding a traditional facial. It cost IDR 200,000 as stated on the menu. I paid the cost after the treatment and gave an extra IDR 10,000 tip to the staff, but she requested an additional IDR 20,000. In the end, I paid her that amount as well. Despite this incident, it did not diminish my positive feelings about Bali and this hotel! The hotel is truly beautiful! I highly recommend reserving it!

The stay was fantastic. The services was amazing and the staff were so kind in servicing breakfast to your room as well as the afternoon tea as compliment. It was wonderful villa itself and good for couples and solo travelers. The nearby area needs a car but staff will be happy to provide shuttle in and out so definitely recommend!

Average experience. Room for improvement on the cleanliness especially ants on sofa and walls. Swimming pool is cool and clean. Overall the hotel design is suitable for couples.

The room was very beautiful, the staff was very kind, and the service was excellent. However, snacks and bath scrub soap for the bathtub came with an extra charge. If there are more than two guests, there is an additional fee of 250,000 Rupiah per person. I was disappointed that the bathtub decoration did not have flowers as shown in the advertisement pictures.

the staff are very friendly and do the best to accommodate our requests due to our trip itinerary. they provide daily breakfast and afternoon tea and their kitchen has good chef.

We loved soaking in the tub, surrounded by vibrant blooms, while enjoying each other’s company. The loft design of the villa was impressive, with spacious, airy rooms that felt both luxurious and cozy. We were especially taken by the state-of-the-art voice control system, which added a touch of modern convenience to our stay. Adjusting the ambiance and music at the touch of a button made our evenings even more special. Each morning, we indulged in a delicious breakfast delivered right to our villa. Enjoying our meal on the private terrace while basking in the morning sun was the perfect way to start our day. Overall, Cyrus Villa Seminyak exceeded our expectations, providing a dreamy escape filled with romance, comfort, and exquisite attention to detail. We can’t wait to return!

The room is gorgeous and the staff are nice and friendly. Worth coming when visiting Bali!

The hotel doesn’t have much facilities, but the decoration is pretty, good for checking in and take pictures. And there’s nothing around the hotel, only a small convenient store.
