Demisha che lavora al divano frontale è assolutamente fantastica e va oltre e sopra anche Chris che lavora al divano frontale al primo turno è fantastico ci fa sentire come la famiglia. We stayed here after a long day of flying back from Europe. Front desk person was OK - not particularly friendly for check in but it was later in the evening. The room was great- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were given the hours for breakfast which we were aware was not included in the room as this was not a Holiday Express. We went in the morning to eat as it was convenient so we had a drive ahead. We were there well within the hours of serving - but there was no food out in the buffet, no one to greet us or seat us but we could hear people in the kitchen. We waited a few minutes expecting someone to come out. Did not happen so we went back to our room, collected our things, dropped our key and left. Found a restaurant near by to eat at.

I was a little nervous about staying here because of some of the poor reviews but we had no complaints. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were not too hard or too soft. My husband particularly loved the excellent top to bottom blackout curtains. Breakfast quality was similar to that of other hotels. Staff was accommodating. The decor overall was nice, not dazzling. The location was not in walking distance to anything but was an easy drive to restaurants in Cary. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I called late on a Saturday in the midst of spring break season, in such a panic that I was almost incoherent, in search of a room for my daughter and me. We had planned to stay at an AirBnB with friends, but one of the friends tested positive for Covid and we did not want my pregnant daughter to be exposed to Covid. Amy A. found us a room in this almost completely full hotel. She was kind, calm, and very efficient, which was extremely comforting to me because I was so worried. The room was lovely and very clean. Further, this hotel is wonderfully well-located with a Harris Teeter, a Whole Foods, and many other stores within a block or two away. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
