It was a beautiful stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. Stayed here before and will certainly be going back again that is for sure

Room was amazing breakfast not so good eaten area was freezing cold no buffet like any other time was there staff not so friendly at breakfast time not much on dinner menu . Place is being ran into the ground won't be back kinda gutted tbh liked going here 😞

Rooms were spacious and clean beds were comfy  tea coffee facilities were appreciated Wi-Fi was good had a bath and shower both working well soap was very nice . All in all a good stay only used the bar .

Booked double room for me, my partner & my baby. The room was so tiny, the bed was extremely uncomfortable & had dirt on it. The dust in the room made it clear the rooms were not cleaned properly. The room had a door that led into the room next to us, which was not safe for the baby. There was also no privacy, my sister and brother in law had a room opposite and you could hear them talking in there room. Upgraded to a deluxe room after 1 night in a double room, which was so much better. It was a lot cleaner, a lot bigger and a lot more privacy. The only downfall was we were right next to the maids room and we heard a lot of bickering between the maids as the rooms aren't soundproof. If you are planning to book here, I'd suggest just paying the extra for the deluxe room as it makes a massive difference. The pool is decent, it isn't massive but is a good temperature so it is good for kids.

The stay was very good actually. Amenities were good but we didn’t get to use it much as the stay was rather short.

Cut my head open walked I for hr steel light lamp on the wall wrong place to lag a it! Report to manager but they do nothing

Another pleasant stay in the Landmark, the only downside is the spa changing rooms they could do with a little refreshment. The hotel could be warmer in the public area’s but that is my opinion.

Beautiful place, staff very helpful. Good is amazing. Rooms gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property and best location for tourists in Scotland

Good place to stay though it’s slightly far from the city centre. It features a small pool which is fun for child.

We came down to spend time with family and the landmark hotel didn't disappoint. We just loved your hotel and was so impressed on how clean and beautiful it is. The staff was friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back

Very nice big room clean but broken glass on floor from damaged lamp on bedside cabinet obviously damaged and not reported by house keeping we reported it on checkout

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable, but we paid extra breakfast, and it was a complete rip-off. The breakfast consisted of a buffet, which at £15 per person should have been made to order. The eggs were like rubber, the sausages were anaemic, the coffee was bitter, and the haggis was dry and tasted foul. Most definitely not worth the money!

Excellent Hotel and Location clean and near for Transport and Shops and the People who Work here are excellent and efficient and very friendly and polite.Thank You.Have recommended to Others and We are returning again soon and stayed an extra Night.Other Guests saying they enjoyed there stay too.Lauren and Presence excuse Spellings if wrong and Liz and all at Reception and the Housekeeping and Jamie and Bailey at Leisure Centre are excellent.Thank You.
