Very good value for our overnight stay Clean room, comfy bed , a very friendly welcome from Corey on reception who was also really helpful and suggested a pub to eat which was only 4 mins away and turned out to be excellent value and had lovely atmosphere

Good hotel overall, friendly staff, a little road noise (but it is the ,ain road to Stranraer). Greggs opposite with outdoor seating (when warmer). Just be careful driving into the car park for the deep potholes.

My room was clean, warm & comfortable. The access road badly potholed as. Staff: were friendly and helpful. Noisy crows disturbed me at 5am.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Really helpful guy on Reception. Best reached by car but there is an hourly 79 bus that runs till late (2245 last bus home) Got a petrol station next door for late night nibbles. A couple of miles into town but a fairly easy walk if required. Comfortable clean and great staff.

Although beside a busy main road the room was quiet. Room was also warm and well maintained. Receptionist friendly. Situated beside a Greggs and Starbucks and 5 minutes drive from city centre. Beware of large (huge and deep) potholes on entrance road

Welcomed by a lovely lady called Mandy. Who made me feel at home from the off, room was decent and very clean. Thanks for a great stay and such a warm welcome Would definitely stay again, service was spot on. With decent views from my window Thanks alot Mandy Max Waite

Hotel reception staff are very polite and welcoming. Did everything they could to accommodate me with a smile on their face. Room was very tidy and clean. Clearly all staff members do a great job maintaining a good level of hospitality. Plus there's a greggs next door happy days.

I accidentally booked a double room instead of a twin room (not sure how, stayed in loads of Travelodges) Alex very kindly swapped our room for us as I really couldn’t share a bed with my 6ft 3 17 year old son. Alex went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

Great hospitality the entire stop , clean and tidy rooms have alot of space within and well stocked on the necessities like teas coffees and sugar/ milk, Friendly Staff checking in and out one name to mention Mandy very lovely women well deserving of praise.
