The rooms are spacious and clean, thanks to the great receptionist staff, nina. The hotel restaurants are also great. The transport services provided between hotel and main office pertanina and also between hotel and harbour are excellent.

Thanks for your kindess Nina and helping me while i'm staying here, the atmosfer is comfortable and cozy, the food while breakfast so good and tasty, im always choose to stay here at Patra Dumai, see you guys next year and i'll stay here for a bit longer than usual! Happy New Year

Very nice hotel in a cute city at the sea. Beautiful new comfortable and very clean rooms. Breakfast is great and the restaurant beautiful. Staff is very friedly and helpfully. Muhammed Ambia helps me alot and to organize a motorbike and also my travels to Bukittinggi. Thanks also to the security staff for renting his motorbike. Pool garden is nice to relax. Cute children with their families enjoye swimming with you! Saturday evening a nice event with good food and music. Thanks also for the free shuttle and support to get my bus. Thanky you to make my stay so beautiful. Hope to come back again.
