Hotel con parcheggio a Duluth

It's good location everything around and it's very clean room , but lobby and elevator smells like cig, who care we need clean room 😂 , it's good 👍

Anche la colazione era molto gustosa, ordinata e buona. È stato bello essere vicino a Koreatown. La lobby era bella e anche l'happy hour era fantastico.

Molto bella posizione. La selezione dei cibi per colazione è grande. Hanno qualcosa di diverso ogni mattina e è sempre molto buona. Le camere sono belle e tranquille e pulite. Il personale è molto bello e accogliente. Raccomandere agli amici e alla famiglia

Posizione e servizi meravigliosi. Vorrei che la reception fosse un po' più cordiale e comprensiva. Ho trovato dei capelli nel mio letto, quindi anche il servizio di pulizia avrebbe potuto essere un po' più attento.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. We received our room which was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also has many amenities. Housekeeping did a great job daily and replenished towels, cups, etc. We also ate breakfast at the 401 Bistro daily which was great food and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoy this hotel so much we always stay here when traveling to Duluth, GA. There is also many restaurants, small town shops and a park to relax across the street from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott NE/Duluth Sugarloaf. My check-in process with Renee was most pleasant, professional and efficient. Renee gave me a choice of floors to stay on, and the room she assigned we perfect. However, the best is yet to be told. Upon checking-out and traveling back to my home state, after being home for some 12-14 hours, I suddenly realized I left my wedding ban and a luxury watch in the room I stayed in. In a panic, I called the hotel. When asked by the front desk person who answered the phone (not Renee) what room I stayed in, she stated an arriving guest had already been checked into the room I stayed in the night before, and could not be disturb. I was also told housekeeping had left for the day and could not be reached until the next day. Such news sounded grim and pretty much sickened me to my stomach. I nonetheless remembered Renee's name (who checked me in) and how professional she was. I therefore called back to ask if Renee was in. I was told she was not working at the time and to check back tomorrow. So I did--I waited the next day and asked to speak with Renee. When I connected with Renee, I explained the matter to her. And just as me or any other business leader, Renee told me she would take on looking into the matter and let me know what she found out as soon as she knew. She indicated it may have been retrieved by housekeeping and she would let me know as soon as she spoke with them. And to my greatest of hopes in the moment, Renee did as warranted. She confirmed housekeeping had retrieved my ring and watch! I can't tell you how happy/pleased I am with the outcome of this matter! Renee and housekeeping saved the day! They saved my day and neck for that matter as the last thing a spouse wants to do is lose their wedding ban. And the last thing a man wants to lose is his watch! So to Renee and staff, many thanks! Many, many, many thanks! I recommend this property to all! And if you get a chance, be sure to meet Renee! She's awesome!!

La posizione è grande.Il personale a notte è bello.Se non uscite dalla stanza a destra al check-out, vi offenderanno e sono molto rudi, anche se è come 5 minuti dopo il check-out.

The room looks clean, but the pillow is not comfortable, I remember when we went to other Quality Inn, the pillows are super comfortable, but this one is not. The fridge didn't have freezer compartment. There is no one to refill the tissue paper in our room after staying for the first night, the tissue in common bathroom in breakfast area also no one refill it. The breakfast bag is so cheap, only a honey bun/cereal bar and a banana, previously Quality Inn provide hot breakfast which is delicious, but this one only provide cheap breakfast bag, I know it may due to COVID, but when I went to vacation in 2020 summer, which is also a COVID period, but other Quality Inn also provide hot breakfast to customers. But this one even for the breakfast bag, they just put 2 bags on the table at a time, when they are gone, the staff won't refill it, you need to ask them, so that they may put 2 more bags out, so un-friendly. The breakfast time only up to 9am, once after 9am, the juice dispenser machine is locked, you can't get any more juice, so cheap, in other motel/hotel, they still allow people to get drinks afterwards, this one is so cheap.

Pleasant stay here recently with family. Great location right off the highway and very close to a variety of restaurants and stores in the area. Check in and parking were a breeze. Staff were nice and provided all necessary hotel info upon checking in. The floor from the pool to the elevators was a little wet from hotel guests not drying off well. Elevator was prompt and room was clean.

bathroom does not have exhaust fan. sofa bed has multiple dirty stain.
