È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso lì. L'hotel era pulito e ordinato. Ottimo personale. Il bus navetta è stato un grande vantaggio per portarti in centro. Le camere erano grandi e moderne. Semplicemente perfetto per il mio soggiorno.....

È adatto per viaggi d'affari. Ho soggiornato qui 4 notti. E la colazione è buona. Adoro la colazione. Il personale è gentile. Tuttavia, tutti i bei ricordi saranno rovinati dopo il 24 novembre. 24 novembre, vengo da Abu Dhabi e vorrei restare qui una notte, poi tornare in Cina. Tuttavia, ho sbagliato la data di prenotazione in questo momento. Devo prenotare il 24 novembre, ma la data di prenotazione dell'ordine è il 24 dicembre. Non sapevo di questo errore finché la reception non me lo ha comunicato. Sfortunatamente, erano le 22:00 quando ho saputo di questo problema, quindi ho provato a chiedere alla reception se potevano aiutarmi a risolverlo. Mi hanno semplicemente lasciato contattare Trip Com. Non mi hanno dato alcun supporto. Quel che è peggio, non mi rimborsano. Un'esperienza orribile. Non capisco perché l'hotel del Golfo rifiuta la mia richiesta. Il rimborso e il successivo rilascio di una camera per la vendita non avranno alcun effetto su di essi. Così triste per questo problema.

Sono molto soddisfatto, ho soggiornato in questo hotel, vedo chiaramente il mare, l'igiene è eccellente, anche il servizio è molto buono e le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente nuove.

Tutto andava bene in questo posto. È vicino alla metropolitana e ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. È un posto affollato pieno di più nazionalità, la cosa che troverai solo a Dubai. Il servizio dell'hotel e della signora che lavora alla reception è molto professionale e buono. La pulizia è quasi perfetta. Spero che aggiustino la loro aria condizionata perché faceva molto caldo.

La camera è spaziosa e l'ospitalità del personale è straordinaria. L'hotel si trova tra 2 stazioni della metropolitana raggiungibili a piedi e molti ristoranti sono nelle vicinanze. Posizione ideale nel centro di Dubai. Altamente raccomandato.

Residence Inn is the main reason why my stay in Dubai was so memorable and filled with happy memories and positive vibes , as from the minute I made a reservation with Ms Temnit, everything was so smooth ,friendly. Her kind demeanor made her feel as if she was my long time friend, she made sure that I was pleased from the get go, and went the farthest to ensure my happiness. Ms Heida and the front desk are always very helpful and considerate. Ms Frauke, Director of the hotel, is so down to earth and connects with the guests on a personal level. She has such an amicable personality, and is constantly seen during the breakfast, making sure that we are all happy and listens to every single need no matter how big or how small. Speaking of breakfast, you will not find a fresher, more delicious , wide array of a delicious breakfast buffet. Also the most wonderful team I have ever met , head by Mr. Pankaj and his colleagues, including Ms Sarah and Mr. Silver, who are the most kind, gentle , caring and patient people I have ever met in any hotel in the world that I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping is top notch ! And not a single fault ! All thanks to Ms. Janet and her great management of her wonderful, kind, professional housekeeping team. In addition of course to comfortable beds , spacious kitchen, complete with all amenities, everything was running smooth and professional without even me having to mention anything. And as if it couldn’t get any better, they planned a pleasant surprise which made us so happy when we came back at night to our room to find that they had arranged a special surprise for me and my husband for our wedding anniversary. My kids were so delighted, and I was beyond words ! When I return to Dubai, there is no way I would ever consider staying at another hotel, and I strongly advise anyone who wants to have a relaxing trip and a good time to book a room here so they won't have any worries or issues at all. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Marriot and Residence Inn for such a fantastic staff to maintain this hotel's position as the best in the world. I genuinely believe that everyone here is family, and I’m certain that my needs are being watched after and met in a manner that is both 100% welcoming and professional.

Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare in questo hotel. Buona posizione vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, bella camera, molti ristoranti e bar. Soprattutto mi è piaciuta la palestra e la piscina interna con jacuzzi. Sicuramente tornerò.

The suite I stayed in was beautifully decorated, and every detail was meticulously thought out. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights, and the spa is an oasis of relaxation. Dubai is the place to be in!
