Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Dubai

Hotel incantevole! Il check-in è stato fantastico, mi hanno persino concesso un check-out posticipato alle 18:00 quando sono partito. Il servizio in camera è costoso, quindi non l'ho utilizzato. La colazione era deliziosa. Forse la colazione era un po' carente perché hanno fatto fatica a portarmi il caffè al tavolo l'ultimo giorno, ma penso che fosse dovuto al fatto che era l'ora di punta. Le camere erano davvero belle, pulite, moderne e il letto era fantastico! Mi piacerebbe soggiornare di nuovo in questi hotel. Questo deve essere uno dei miei hotel preferiti in cui ho soggiornato nella fascia di prezzo.

訂酒店的時候沒注意，要15:00才可以入住，結果飛機凌晨到，來到酒店是早上3:30，酒店前台告知沒有房了，要到下午。衹好大半夜找了另一家酒店，挺不爽。到了晚上入住，和酒店前台反應了這個問題，前台負責人Wael很熱情，對之前的情況表示了抱歉，還給升級了房間，接下來的體驗真的是太好了！酒店設施完美，裝飾設計是阿拉伯風格，體驗很特別，奢華優雅。進入房內，各種細節令人有入住宮殿般的感覺；室內泳池，帶着點點鹹味的池水讓游泳水平不怎麼樣的我遊得特別輕鬆，抬頭仰望，高高的穹頂星光璀璨；健身中心有每日的各種免費課程，早晨7:45瑜珈就在面海的大草坪上，老師是印度來的小哥，和善可親；9:30又可以上paddle課，第一次體驗了踩着paddle在海上揮槳的愜意。夜晚，走到陽台，對岸就是一幅完美的180度燈光畫卷，海風吹來，生活真的很美好。

I recently stayed at the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, and while the location is excellent and the rooms are quite nice, my experience was significantly marred by the service, particularly the rude behavior of one staff member named Marycho. First, let's acknowledge the positives: the hotel is in a prime location, offering convenient access to Dubai's main attractions and breathtaking city views. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, the service was a major letdown. From the moment I arrived, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Check-in was slow, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests. The standout negative experience, though, was with a staff member named Marycho. Her rude and dismissive attitude was shocking and made me feel unwelcome during my stay. When I approached her with a simple request, she was not only unhelpful but also condescending, as if I were bothering her. The lack of professionalism extended beyond just Marycho. Room service was consistently slow, and my orders were frequently incorrect. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to restock essential items, and it seemed like the staff had little training in customer service. In conclusion, while the location and rooms at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences are commendable, the poor service, particularly the unacceptable behavior from staff member Marycho, overshadowed these positives. I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service from a hotel of this caliber and would hesitate to recommend it based on my experience.

Il ragazzo europeo che ha fatto il check-in è stato davvero gentile! Dopo aver saputo che avevo già avuto un'esperienza spiacevole, hanno scelto una stanza piena di sorprese e hanno organizzato con cura il brunch! Mi piace davvero e lo ringrazio moltissimo. Spero che l'hotel possa elogiarlo! È stato super confortevole soggiornare al W Hotel e la colazione e la cena erano deliziose!

Sono rimasto davvero colpito da questo Hotel. Sono stati così cordiali fin dall'inizio e ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo, il che ha davvero reso le cose più facili dato che avevamo 3 bambini con noi ed eravamo appena scesi da un volo notturno. Il bucato era un po 'caro, ma in realtà è Dubai in generale. Fornire asciugamani e ombrelloni per la spiaggia e organizzare un trasferimento all'aeroporto dopo il check out, tenendo ancora i nostri bagagli per alcune ore, mi ha reso la vita davvero facile!

Se ci fossero 10 stelle, avrei dato questo hotel perché tutto all'hotel è perfetto e le persone sono molto amichevole soprattutto Rick questo ragazzo è stato così bello per me apprezzo davvero che Rick continui a fare il buon lavoro  la vista è sorprendente. Raccomando questo hotel a tutti che cercano un hotel che vi accoglie come la vostra casa

Hotel fantastico con fantastiche strutture, servizio, personale e ospite. Dritto al cuore di Dubai, centro e solo min passeggiate a Dubai Mall e Burj Khalifa. Si consiglia e si aspetterà di tornare :)

はじめてのDubaiが快適な旅になりました。 宿泊費が安い（¥10,000/泊）ですが、五つ星の高級ホテルチェーンJumeirah Groupです。 立地、ホテルの設備、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、部屋からの眺望、スタッフの対応すべてよかったです。 ベッドの寝心地も最高です。 部屋にはアメニティがひと通り揃っていました。 ドライヤー、ヘアブラシだけは見つけられませんでした。 シャワーとは別に、バスタブが置いてあるので入浴が可能です。 化粧水や保湿クリームは自分で用意する必要があります。 「24h checkout」特典を追加して予約したところ、 トリップドットコムには「事前連絡不要」と書かれていましたが、ホテル側には伝わっていなかったので、受付時にフロントでホテル側に伝える必要がありました。 予約サイト独自の取り組みには注意が必要かもしれません。スタッフへの依頼と確認に時間がかかります。 対応いただいた女性スタッフは親切で、夕方の checkoutに変更してくれました。 また、清掃スタッフのMutwalibi sanは、 部屋に素敵な手紙とサプライズを残してくれました。 気持ちよく快適に過ごせて大満足でした。

E'stato per guardare il design, la mappa di rete è davvero bella, ma non mi sorprende che in presenza di lui sia stato abbastanza facile per me ～ L'intera squadra di servizio è relativamente facile, ma ho dato 5 stelle.La cosa che ho lasciato è che l'hotel mi ha aiutato a memorizzare il giorno dopo.Buona sensazione +1
