L'hotel è a piedi dalla stazione di metro Union e si può andare in molti luoghi con metro. La pulizia è eccellente. Il colazione non ci ha attirato. Non potevamo sederci alla tavola che volevamo per colazione, ci mostrava la tavola che ci sedeva ogni giorno, era ridicolo. Quando siamo saliti, qualcuno era seduto al nostro posto. Per favore non mostra una tavola, lasciate tutti sedere dove volessero! Siamo stati preoccupati che l'hotel non abbia un servizio di trasferimento all'aeroporto.Nonostante gli altri negativi, darò 5 stelle per la pulizia della stanza.

stayed one night in this hotel. The lobby is nice clean and inviting. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. room was big and clean with a coffee machine and all amenities. Location is just a little off, located 20 minutes away from the burge khalifa and 10 minutes from the gold suk but you get anywhere with a taxi.

L’ hotel moderno e molto bello ha un servizio pessimo da tre stelle . In stanza mancano asciugamani, bicchieri, accappatoi, caffe’ e tisane Bisogna chiamare continuamente il guest service. Non ne parliamo poi del servizio piscina : i 2 safe guards antipaticissimi e maleducati. Vanno a simpatia , a me hanno lasciato su una sedia 8 volte su dieci. Ottimo invece il servizio salt and pepper ( colAzione e cena) e al Morgan pub dove sono tutti fantastici. Sconsigliato anche per la posizione : i taxi per tre in tempi di coronavirus sono rari e bisogna armarsi di tanta pazienza.

Come la maggior parte di Dubai, questo hotel è molto bello e molto moderno, ha anche etichettati con lampade, che non avevo mai visto prima. Siamo rimasti solo una notte, quindi non abbiamo passato molto tempo a esplorare l'intero hotel. Il personale ci ha aiutato a prendere un taxi per il soq d'oro e spezie proprio sotto il cimitero di Dubai. Tuttavia, siamo tornati all'hotel circa 10:00 e già in ottobre era 102 gradi!

Quindi di tutti gli hotel in cui ho viaggiato in questo hotel aveva la piscina più incredibile sul tetto Così pulito Ahmed il bagnino non avrebbe potuto essere più amichevole Palestra fantastica, l'unica leggera delusione è stata l'apertura della palestra/piscina alle 9 del mattino Come mi piace esercizio presto Ma organizzato leggermente più tardi 5 stelle in ogni modo!

Была в отеле с 28.02.21-07.03.21 г. от Библио-Глобус.Первая моя поездка в Дубай оказалась на высшем уровне в 3* отеле,не ожидала даже. Рассказываю все по порядку,надеюсь кому-то пригодится! 1. При заселении нужно оплатить отелю таксу в 20 долларов или 70 дирхам ( не депозит,а туристический сбор. Депозит не оплачивала. 2.Самое главное для меня-это удобное расположение отеля,параллельно дороге возле отеля ,за ним получается дорога Al Rigga, где есть станция метро Al Rigga и автобусная остановка.Я перемещалась в метро. Веток метро пока только 2 -красная и зеленая,поэтому разобраться как перемещаться самостоятельно не составляло особого труда для меня,женщины.Можно спокойно доехать до станции метро Бурж Халифа, а там и Дубай-молл. А также доехав одну остановку до станции Юнион (зеленая ветка) и пересев неподалеку от станции на автобус С28 ,доезжала до конечной остановки автобуса-Пляж Аль-Мамзар. Банк есть вдоль дороги Al Rigga,где можно поменять доллары на дирхамы. 3.В комнате красивая обстановка,красивая душевая комната.Белье и полотенца меняли каждый день.Есть фен.Шампунь,гель,мыло,вода в бутылочке каждый день новое. Просила заселить на этаж высокий,заселили на 7 этаж. Перед лифтом расположен гель санитарный для обработки рук.В отеле перемещение строго в маске. 4.Отель расположен в районе Дейра,который славится большим количеством магазинов,как дорогих так и дешевых. 5.Сейф бесплатно.Вай-фай в комнате тоже был. 6.Отдельно хочется сказать про еду.Она просто шикарная и в больших порциях! Очень хотелось попробовать кухню другой страны.Еда европейская,но приготовлена она все-равно по-другому и вкус другой. У меня были-завтрак,обед,ужин.Я даже не всегда успевала на окончание обеда или ужина,так меня все-равно готовили и позже времени. За что отдельная благодарность всему персоналу!!!! А особенно шеф-повару!!! 7.С персоналом отеля общалась через переводчик,поэтому никаких проблем не было. 8.Есть весы в отеле для чемоданов,поэтому можно легко проконтролировать вес чемодана перед полетом. 9.В комнате есть кондиционер,который можно включать и выключать при желании. Вообщем,цена и качество отеля 3* на высшем уровне! В следующий раз приеду только в этот отель,потому что не весь район еще исследовала))) Отель рекомендую!!!

Tutto andava bene in questo posto. È vicino alla metropolitana e ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. È un posto affollato pieno di più nazionalità, la cosa che troverai solo a Dubai. Il servizio dell'hotel e della signora che lavora alla reception è molto professionale e buono. La pulizia è quasi perfetta. Spero che aggiustino la loro aria condizionata perché faceva molto caldo.

Ho intenzione di trascorrere 14 notti qui e queste 4 notti in hotel sono buone anche se la reception ci aiuta a fare una transizione molto fluida verso l'appartamento, ma sono pronto a pubblicare un'altra recensione per l'appartamento. (è negativo e spero che cambierà il mio punto di vista per i prossimi giorni) I servizi del ristorante sono buoni! Sorridono sempre anche se sono al completo. Montasa e un nigeriano continuano a intrattenere molti ospiti! La squadra condivide le proprie opere e nessuna faccia nera! BUON LAVORO!

I recently stayed at the Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining its rooms, and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort. However, there were a couple of significant drawbacks during my stay. The breakfast provided at the hotel was decent but didn't stand out in any way. It was a standard breakfast offering, and while it was adequate, it didn't leave a lasting impression. The most notable downside to my stay was the noise issue. The hotel has two clubs, and unfortunately, the soundproofing in the rooms seemed inadequate. I could hear the booming music and noise from the clubs from 7 pm until 4 am, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. I had to resort to using earplugs to drown out the noise, which was less than ideal for a hotel experience. In summary, the Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, but the noise issue from the nearby clubs can be a significant drawback for those seeking a peaceful night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper or value a quiet environment, it's worth considering this factor before booking your stay at this hotel.

It is with great regret that i write to express my utter disappoinent and disgust in the manner with which i was treated at Lavender hotel & apartment located in Al nanda 1, Dubai. Myself and my fiancee checked in the evening of the 24th of August and attended to by a gentleman named Ahmed i believe. Ahmed's demeanor was extremely unwelcoming and cold from the onset. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but no excuses , if you work in the front of desk hospitaitlity industry you have to bring your A game as was not the case . A business acquittance decided to pop in to discuss with me briefly but was met with hostility by both Ahmed and the security personnel who would not allow him to come up to my hotel room. I went downstairs to meet my colleague at which point Ahmed was unapologetically insisting that it was a Police rule that guests could not visit a hotel occupants room after midnight. When asked to show us the rule book or guide to support his claims, he asked us to leave asked if we were police to be demanding such information and to follow up with the security manager in the morning. Myself , my companion and colleague left the premises to have a cup of tea around the corner for aleast 40mins. Upon my return with only myself and companion back to the hotel. Ahmed approached us and accused me of sneaking my colleague via the basement parking to my room. Obviously i was very upset with the accusation as i demanded to see the Video that supported his claims and also to speak to Hotel manager in the morning. Ahmed reluctantly refused to show us the replay of his footage and dismissed me off to bed and spoke to me as though i was a child. I calmly retired back to my room with my partner and sort to deal with the matter in the morning. Next morning of the 25th August, i approached the reception area and requested to speak to the manager and was greeted with another extremely unhelpful male staff who refused to give me any contact telephone number for the manager or even a contact email address to log in a complaint or aleast establish the underlying factors towards this type of customer service. I am deeply shocked at the hospitality shown by this establishment to say the least the manner in which i was treated, disrespect and attitude portrayed by their members of staff. I have lived in hotels around the world and this was an all time low in their overall performance both personally and professionally. I give them a zero rating and strongly suggest that the entire staff are taken to boot camp customer excellence training or atleast teach staff on how to manage and talk to respectable paying customer.

La stazione metropolitana dell'Unione è molto vicina alla stazione B dell'hotel. Dopo il ponte, circa cinque minuti di cammino, è possibile arrivare.C'è un grande negozio accanto.E'piu' conveniente mangiare. Andare all'aeroporto, si può sedere in autobus C01, 3 diram, e andare all'aeroporto La zona commerciale di Alladeira, a piedi da 1 a 2 chilometri, può essere praticamente coperta completamente. Poiché l'Unione è un porto di metropolitana a due linee, è facile andare al centro di Dubai

La stanza è davvero grande, tre camere da letto, soggiorno grande, cucina non abbiamo usato. Viviamo per due giorni, e il complesso è soddisfatto. C'è un ristorante cinese, una nuova era, un grande negozio, non ci serve piatti particolarmente costosi. Abbiamo quattro grandi due piccoli, un piu'di 300 di Dieci minuti a piedi sono la stazione della metropolitana, la stazione union, alla stazione quattro dell'aeroporto, molto conveniente. L'hotel non è lontano dal fiume Dubai. Lungo il fiume a destra è il porto della nave da traghetto. L'altra parte del fiume è la città antica di Dubai, 2 dii, molto pratico. L'hotel è ancora molto soddisfatto, la reception è anche molto entusiasta, che il corridoio della stanza è un po'sporco. La stanza non ha sapore. Il costo di più di duemila yuan che viviamo una notte
