We met one of their Janitor officer Jerry or it it Jericho during our stay from December to January. He was such a pleasant and dedicated individual to his work and readily available to pick up request. Please when you check in at Ramee Rose Hotel ask of Jerry. He is as good as Google map and also a smart guy.

Le camere sono pulite in modo igienico con tutte le attrezzature richieste da un viaggiatore di business e da un viaggiatore di svago. La qualità del cibo è un ottimo gusto con l'irrigazione della bocca e un prezzo ragionevole. GM Mr Girish prende cura di tutte le nostre esigenze. Non ho mai visto un'interazione GM con quasi tutti gli ospiti mentre è disponibile in proprietà. Ho viaggiato in tutti i continenti, ma è il migliore. This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

L'hotel è fantastico e pulito, e il personale era molto accomodante. Anche il cibo per la colazione era eccezionale. Ci auguriamo che l'hotel sia flessibile per modificare e aggiornare i dettagli, specialmente se sono meno di 10 minuti dopo la prenotazione. Dopo aver confermato, ho immediatamente chiamato l'hotel e uno del personale dell'hotel ha detto che posso modificarlo tramite Trip.com poiché non è ancora nel loro sistema e sono solo 5 minuti dopo averlo prenotato.. Ma, per farla breve, ho concluso prenotando 2 date per la stessa camera invece di una. Perché non posso più modificarlo secondo loro. Rispetto la loro politica, ma se potessero essere un po' flessibili, l'intero viaggio sarebbe fantastico al 100%.

La posizione è eccellente, vi si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in un buon cuore della città con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione occupato. Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la gamma di servizi disponibili. L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle. È una bella esperienza stare all’interno di questa nave. È una nave enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera molto bella, spaziosa e fresca. Il servizio è stato buono e veloce. Tuttavia, il letto è estremamente piccolo per persone di buone dimensioni. Nel complesso la nave sembrava un vecchio film horror hollywoodiano in cui tutto era abbandonato. È difficile trovare indicazioni stradali e può diventare spaventoso con pochissime persone in giro. È anche come tornare indietro nel tempo esplorando luoghi che sarebbero stati occupati da molte attività commerciali e persone. Spero che lo facciano rivivere di nuovo perché Dubai è quasi sempre piena di turisti.

Settimana trascorsa in un appartamento del Marriot Apartments , bellissimo appartamento completo di tutto e di più, servizi impeccabili da colazione, piscina , ristoranti e tutto il resto, una menzione speciale al Sig. Hassan Godfrey per la professionalità nella cura dell'appartamento.

Stay was Excellent. Room is nice and furnished with kettle, iron, etc. only missing was hair dryer. Hotel facilities were great. They got a small pool and gym. Location is next to Sharjah Expo Centre and for shopping, it is closer to Nesto. Staff were excellent- during our check-in process, Ms. Sharon was supportive in sorting the procedures and get it done smoothly. Breakfast Restaurant was Orient, well supplied to meet different cuisine. Its value for money stay and extremely happy with the stay.
