Perfect location, central to most popular places and just 15mins to the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the rain shower and the interior mirrors. Beautiful! I didn’t book breakfast cause I wanted to explore brunch spots around, I did order late night dinners and the kitchen was open even after 11pm, the food was delicious!

The apar**ent is very nice, I will not dispute that. It's spacious and clean and well maintained. But it is so far from everything. You have to walk maybe 10 minutes to get to the metro. And it takes ages to get to where anything is happening because you need to take into consideration that there is always traffic in Dubai. So to get to Mall of Emrirates by taxi it cost me 90 dirhams by uber and it took more than 30 mins. Normal taxi cost 70 dirhams. Its expensive. If you are coming to sight-see, this place is too far from everything. Plus, it's right next to the airport, so you can't leave the windows open unless you want to listen to the nonstop sound of planes taking off. If I were coming here for work, this might make sense. But for tourists, this is too far from anything. It's in Deira, yes, but not the vibrant part of Deira. It's in a huge parking lot area, so there is nothing to see outside except a lot of cars parked. Also, you do not have access to other floors unless you request it. So if you are a large party as we were, none of us could easily visit each other without our key card to get access to the floor. They said they would send an email with a scan that could be tapped using your phone, but we never received it. Internet was OK. There is a mall located about a 10-minute walk away (City Centre Mall), which has decent shops and restaurants. But again, it's all far from the hotel, and stepping out of the hotel, you are in a purely industrial sort of area. There is a great little cafe that opens 6am to 10pm daily across the road. They sell teas, good South Indian food, and drinks. There is also a supermarket across the road where you can get your necessities. Best to buy dishwashing liquid and a sponge too, bc they don't wash any dishes you have used, and do not provide sponges nor detergent for washing dishes unless it's by machine (who's going to put 1 glass into a dishwasher?). As I mentioned, the place is perfect, with awesome staff. If only it could be transported to a different part of Dubai where there are things for tourists to do. Great staff. Extremely clean. My only problem is the location. Not particularly touristic.

Ho intenzione di trascorrere 14 notti qui e queste 4 notti in hotel sono buone anche se la reception ci aiuta a fare una transizione molto fluida verso l'appartamento, ma sono pronto a pubblicare un'altra recensione per l'appartamento. (è negativo e spero che cambierà il mio punto di vista per i prossimi giorni) I servizi del ristorante sono buoni! Sorridono sempre anche se sono al completo. Montasa e un nigeriano continuano a intrattenere molti ospiti! La squadra condivide le proprie opere e nessuna faccia nera! BUON LAVORO!

Tutto andava bene in questo posto. È vicino alla metropolitana e ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. È un posto affollato pieno di più nazionalità, la cosa che troverai solo a Dubai. Il servizio dell'hotel e della signora che lavora alla reception è molto professionale e buono. La pulizia è quasi perfetta. Spero che aggiustino la loro aria condizionata perché faceva molto caldo.

Была в отеле с 28.02.21-07.03.21 г. от Библио-Глобус.Первая моя поездка в Дубай оказалась на высшем уровне в 3* отеле,не ожидала даже. Рассказываю все по порядку,надеюсь кому-то пригодится! 1. При заселении нужно оплатить отелю таксу в 20 долларов или 70 дирхам ( не депозит,а туристический сбор. Депозит не оплачивала. 2.Самое главное для меня-это удобное расположение отеля,параллельно дороге возле отеля ,за ним получается дорога Al Rigga, где есть станция метро Al Rigga и автобусная остановка.Я перемещалась в метро. Веток метро пока только 2 -красная и зеленая,поэтому разобраться как перемещаться самостоятельно не составляло особого труда для меня,женщины.Можно спокойно доехать до станции метро Бурж Халифа, а там и Дубай-молл. А также доехав одну остановку до станции Юнион (зеленая ветка) и пересев неподалеку от станции на автобус С28 ,доезжала до конечной остановки автобуса-Пляж Аль-Мамзар. Банк есть вдоль дороги Al Rigga,где можно поменять доллары на дирхамы. 3.В комнате красивая обстановка,красивая душевая комната.Белье и полотенца меняли каждый день.Есть фен.Шампунь,гель,мыло,вода в бутылочке каждый день новое. Просила заселить на этаж высокий,заселили на 7 этаж. Перед лифтом расположен гель санитарный для обработки рук.В отеле перемещение строго в маске. 4.Отель расположен в районе Дейра,который славится большим количеством магазинов,как дорогих так и дешевых. 5.Сейф бесплатно.Вай-фай в комнате тоже был. 6.Отдельно хочется сказать про еду.Она просто шикарная и в больших порциях! Очень хотелось попробовать кухню другой страны.Еда европейская,но приготовлена она все-равно по-другому и вкус другой. У меня были-завтрак,обед,ужин.Я даже не всегда успевала на окончание обеда или ужина,так меня все-равно готовили и позже времени. За что отдельная благодарность всему персоналу!!!! А особенно шеф-повару!!! 7.С персоналом отеля общалась через переводчик,поэтому никаких проблем не было. 8.Есть весы в отеле для чемоданов,поэтому можно легко проконтролировать вес чемодана перед полетом. 9.В комнате есть кондиционер,который можно включать и выключать при желании. Вообщем,цена и качество отеля 3* на высшем уровне! В следующий раз приеду только в этот отель,потому что не весь район еще исследовала))) Отель рекомендую!!!

Il servizio del Grand Excelsior è migliorato moltissimo e ha superato le aspettative, il cibo è ottimo, le strutture sono all'altezza degli standard, la posizione è una delle migliori. Le camere sono super pulite e molto confortevoli. Il personale è incredibilmente ben educato. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e fluidi. Ho fatto il check-in al City Avenue Hotel il 23/11/22. Tutti i lavoratori sono stati gentili e molto disponibili. Dopo aver lasciato il taxi, un signore dell'hotel mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli nell'edificio. Ho ottenuto esattamente quello che avevo chiesto. L'edificio aveva una bella aura e freschezza, un ambiente calmo e tranquillo. Molto ordinato e ogni lavoratore era gentile. Avevo qualcuno che puliva la mia stanza ogni giorno e non mancava nulla. L'hotel è situato in una buona zona, posti come negozi di alimentari, farmacia, ristoranti e ospedali come Aster sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. L'addetto alla reception lavora 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, quindi è facile chiedere aiuto o fare il check-out a tarda ora. Mi è piaciuto il soggiorno, assicurati di scaricare Uber perché era difficile trovare o salire su un taxi. Anche il WiFi era buono. Non ho mai avuto modo di provare il cibo ma tutto il resto era di altissimo livello. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, insieme a 200+ ospiti per una conferenza, le camere erano incredibilmente spaziose e i letti gemelli nella mia camera erano ciascuno un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno era quello che mi era apparso perché aveva una doccia e un bagno e era molto spazioso. La decorazione non ha potuto impressionare. Il cibo (la colazione) era medio. Le sale da banchetto erano grandi, ma la zona pre-funzione era stretta. In generale l'hotel aveva una vibrazione vintage in termini di decorazione e mi sentivo come entrando in un altro mondo quando passeggiavo attraverso la porta.

I just spent 2 nights in this hotel, absolutely convenient place, close to the airport, nearby metro station and restaurants. The room was a bit tiny, but alright considering the short stay. The hotel as a whole is quite a bit run down, spots on carpets, etc. I had the impression the cleaning stuff is doing their best to make you feel well, very clean and fresh sheets and towels. Very good mattress for my taste (hard). Check in and check out very quick and friendly.

She arrived to a very busy Deira street. She found one parking spot in front. She went inside, was greeted, checked in, and given an amazing room. We definitely want to thank housekeeping for all of their hard work. They kept her warm with a blanket and hydrated with water. We also would like to thank the reception staff for calling her during our webinar to check up in her, her stay, and see if she needed extra time. We’re so grateful to everyone here.
