Surprised with first booking of trip.com, how this type of third class property can be promoted?
Shown great discount with world class amenities & practically its running like an orphan chowltry. Even a bottle of water has not given .WIFI given after asking tepeated times. For two guests, only one towel and stating that one more only can ve provided next day after o AM where as our checkout us of 11 am. Fed-up with bedbugs & checked out at 3.30 am and stayed with other one. As mentioned in amenities neither coffee/ tea maker nor hot water kettle available in room & no sitting arrangement.
Checkin time too much time and difficult to find out location too. Front office is scrutinizing documents as if they are sanctioning a bank loan but not room checkin.
Ancient interior, tiny space, smelling ambient, Chinese shampoo pouches and tablet soaps. No conditioner or cold cream sachets given. Hot water could be a dream hence not bothered to ask.
No ceiling or side fan but survived with pointed wall AC blow wind.
Room to lift also like Haloween movie setting and only one room service boy for an entire hotel.
