La piccola area lobby non dispone di sufficiente area salotto per i visitatori

Se stai cercando un soggiorno gioioso, non prenotare il servizio lì è pessimo, dopo il check-in è difficile prendere l'acqua, la reception è molto aggressiva e si comporta in modo occupato, quindi non hai il diritto di chiedere o lamentarti. In generale, trova un'altra opzione.

L'igiene di questo hotel sta peggiorando sempre di più. Non viene pulito in tempo ogni giorno. La cosa più triste è che ci sono solo due asciugamani da bagno e solo due, e nient'altro... non c'è nessun promemoria e nessuna penna. Spero che darai a questa recensione un feedback reale e tempestivo all'hotel. Grazie

Spacious room with amenities like fridge, kitchen, washer and dryer. Recommended for family trips. Near to Mall of Emirates. Convenient

Definitely not at "Hilton"level, not even close. Very crowded on entry. Reception was understaffed and people everywhere. Room was extremely small, dark and dingy, especially by Dubai standards. Valet parking stops at 7pm and entry/exit of car park was tedious. Upon checking out, again, understaffed reception, and we waited forever just to check out which simply involved giving the key to somebody, which took over 20 minutes. Breakfast was disappointing, although there was a large choice of food, the food quality and taste was poor, again especially by Dubai standards even for 3 star hotels. There are much better hotels for similar or lower prices in the area. I won't use this one again. Don't be decieved by the description and pictures on the booking sites.

convenient , can walk to The Emirates mall about 5mins. And the breakfast is great .

the staff was courteous, and caring for all my requests. the only thing that impacted my experience was coming to a room that was saved for me from the day before to a dirty bathroom full of long hair on the floor, I had an injured foot from the storm the night before and was not looking forward walking around in and out showers with this level of cleanliness... expectations for a 4-star hotel were high on that front, the staff did send a cleaner right away but my impression is was something that should have been taken care of before hand since they made me wait in the lobby before going up to my room.

Rooms are clean, staff is super-friendly. Breakfast is decent, delicious, and with many options but same every day. Unfortunately, heating system of the swimming pool was not working during our stay. Gym is free, spa is for extra charge.

The service is excellent. Hotel is spacious and comfy. We really enjoy stay at the hotel. Looking forward to stay again if got chance.

Not satisfied with the service of reception. There is a problem and lack of communication between the reception team and room cleaning team. And they barley out of work at night.

Nice for casual stays and affordable prices with nice breakfast

The Syrian lady behind the desk was very nice. Her name was ‘Aziya’ or something. Good hotel, VERY close to Mall of Emirates.
