Hotel in zona Dubai Duty Free (CA Emirates East), Dubai

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte poichè avevo un volo in transito con scalo a Dubai di circa 11 ore e non volevo passarlo a dormire sulle poltroncine dell'aeroporto. Scelta azzeccata. Servizio di greeting allo sbarco con accompagnamento alla reception dell'hotel che si trova in un altro blocco per il quale occorre prendere anche il trenino. Se non ci fosse stato probabilmente mi sarei perso...Camera eccellente, con tutto (ma proprio tutto) quello che serve al viaggiatore in transito, dai tappi per le orecchie allo spazzolino con dentifrico, dal calzascarpe al pettine, tutti rigorosamente sigillati in bustine personali. Camera silenziosissima nonostante le finestre dessero direttamente sul corridoio degli imbarchi. Ho preso il volo successivo con calma, riposato e con il cervello in ordine.

Solo un hotel normale

È una stanza fantastica . Camera pulita .Colazione di buona qualità con molte opzioni . Il personale della reception, soprattutto il signor Jack, è molto supportivo e sa come gestire la richiesta del cliente e controllare il processo di check-out è stato facile . Il canale Dubai è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel e vale la pena spendere denaro e tempo in questo hotel .

La posizione è eccellente, vi si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in un buon cuore della città con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione occupato. Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la gamma di servizi disponibili. L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle. This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

La stanza era grande e ci forniscono un letto extra ... il cibo era variabile e il cibo era ... la roba era amichevole e disposta ad aiutare. I bambini godevano l'ora di complimenti al club dei bambini.. sicuramente torneremo di nuovo

È un'ottima proprietà e jusy molto amichevole richiede tempo per il check-in, altrimenti tutto bene

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per 2 giorni, l'esperienza complessiva è buona, ma la struttura all'interno dell'hotel è piuttosto povera. Forniscono 2 telefoni, ma solo 1 funziona all'interno del bagno. Nessuna caldaia né acqua fornita nella stanza. A volte l'odore di Aircond mi disturba, ma mi piace l'ambiente dell'hotel che molto vivente, molti ristoranti che servono cibo pakistano, cibo afghano, cibo arabo e molto altro. Si può facilmente vedere i voli a terra o a partire dall'aeroporto DXB.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

È una bella esperienza stare all’interno di questa nave. È una nave enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera molto bella, spaziosa e fresca. Il servizio è stato buono e veloce. Tuttavia, il letto è estremamente piccolo per persone di buone dimensioni. Nel complesso la nave sembrava un vecchio film horror hollywoodiano in cui tutto era abbandonato. È difficile trovare indicazioni stradali e può diventare spaventoso con pochissime persone in giro. È anche come tornare indietro nel tempo esplorando luoghi che sarebbero stati occupati da molte attività commerciali e persone. Spero che lo facciano rivivere di nuovo perché Dubai è quasi sempre piena di turisti.
