Hotel in zona Boating at Al Barsha Pond Park, Dubai

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

siamo stati ad aprile in questo hotel scelto dalle recensioni. hotel pulito, avevamo una camera vista laterale ed era silenzioso nonostante la strada trafficata. difronte alla metro comodissimo per gli spostamenti. si trova a metà strada tra la marina e il centro città. Se non si vuole fare solo mare va benissimo. Noi abbiamo girato tanto e alla mattina prendevamo il taxi per andare in spiaggia perchè la metro non arriva vicino alle spiagge . I taxi non sono cari comunque. non ci è piaciuta la colazione, scadente e poca scelta. per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più sinceramente. Alla fine non abbiamo quasi mai mangiato nulla in hotel.

Ha un'ottima reputazione, ma fa anche sì che le persone abbiano aspettative più elevate; forse ci sono troppi turisti e persone ricche a Dubai, quindi se non sei un membro Marriott di alto livello, la tua esperienza di soggiorno sarà nella media. Si consiglia, se si desidera ordinarne uno dello stesso livello, di confrontarlo nuovamente. Ambiente: Il cancello si trova sulla strada secondaria del cavalcavia. La strada è stretta e ci sono molte macchine. Durante i tre giorni di permanenza in hotel si è verificato praticamente un ingorgo al cancello. È a più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Se vuoi viaggiare in metropolitana, potresti considerare se è opportuno raggiungere a piedi la stazione della metropolitana in dieci minuti quando la temperatura è superiore a 30 gradi. Servizio: La colazione è famosa per essere ampia e abbondante, ma ci sono anche molte persone che fanno colazione. Se fate troppo la fila, il cameriere vi consiglierà di cenare al 6° piano dell'edificio B. I piatti sono simili, ma lo spazio è più piccolo. Se puoi aspettare, sarebbe meglio fare colazione in cucina6! Servizi: la maggior parte dei servizi nella stanza sono quadrati. Il bagno mi fa male alle cosce dopo essere rimasto seduto per molto tempo. Il bollitore ha delle incrostazioni, quindi è inutile.

Uso questo hotel da oltre 11 anni e ogni volta che vado vengo sempre accolto da Moss Reema e Miss Sapna. Li ringrazio tanto per la grande esperienza che mi hanno dato di nuovo, sono grato. Consiglio questo hotel a tutti quelli a cui non puoi sbagliare con il prezzo e la posizione.

È una bella esperienza stare all’interno di questa nave. È una nave enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera molto bella, spaziosa e fresca. Il servizio è stato buono e veloce. Tuttavia, il letto è estremamente piccolo per persone di buone dimensioni. Nel complesso la nave sembrava un vecchio film horror hollywoodiano in cui tutto era abbandonato. È difficile trovare indicazioni stradali e può diventare spaventoso con pochissime persone in giro. È anche come tornare indietro nel tempo esplorando luoghi che sarebbero stati occupati da molte attività commerciali e persone. Spero che lo facciano rivivere di nuovo perché Dubai è quasi sempre piena di turisti.

La posizione è eccellente, vi si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in un buon cuore della città con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione occupato. Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la gamma di servizi disponibili. L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle. Il mio 9° soggiorno qui è confortevole come il primo. Il personale è molto efficiente e cooperativo. Grazie all'esperto di manutenzione della casa Than che si è assicurato di aggiungere luminosità e colore con bellissimo capolavoro con zero compromesso sulla pulizia. La ricchezza del dolce è stata fantastica. Il caldo senso di benvenuto da tutti lo fa sentire come una seconda casa. La posizione è eccellente con le migliori viste di corniche da ogni camera. L'hotel è nuovo e la manutenzione è buona.
