Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Dortmund

整體還可以，服務人員還是蠻熱情的，但是總會住宿感受一般，下次我基本不會考慮在這裏住。性價比也很差，早餐還有晚餐都很貴。 1） 首先吐槽房間設施很簡陋，古舊，傢俱也很簡單，淋浴條件很差，房間很小，住的很壓抑 2） 酒店沒有電梯，很古老的樓梯，兩個大箱子搬的我懷疑人生。 地毯很臟，樓道內還需要手動去開燈，感受很落後 3）地理位置也很偏遠，在一堆居民區裏面，我需要步行出去才能找到超市 餐館 4）性價比差。一份早餐19.5歐元， 晚餐 我們4個人花了193歐元，關鍵這個酒店地處一個小鎮，不應該如此昂貴。 值得表揚的地方就是客服熱情，特別是小姑娘做事麻利。餐廳裝修的很有特色，木質結構的裝修，燈飾搭配，鮮花點綴，夜晚的蘭霍夫酒店很出片。

Hotel located near the Hauptbahnhof and very close to the city centre. Comfortable stay, large room (610), nice view and very friendly reception staff (thank you guys ). Its our second stay in NH Dortmund and we are very satisfied. We will back again. Sure !!!

Onorevoli lettori, in quanto ospite insoddisfatto, vorrei condividere la mia esperienza in questo hotel, e innanzi tutto devo dire che la posizione centrale dell'hotel è positiva. Anche l'incredibile hall d'ingresso di marmo rosso in stile orientale mi è piaciuto molto bene. La mia camera al 5° piano era grande e ha offerto una buona vista sulla città. Purtroppo, questo è l'hotel che attraversa due principali strade. Ciò significa che il traffico è molto forte intorno all'orologio e soprattutto di notte, quando la scena del Poser qui prova le sue auto PS potenti, io sono stato svegliato di notte. Anche le attrezzature sono semplici e sono arrivati negli anni. Il giardino mi ha incontrato subito quando mi ha sollevato, perché la stanza era difettosa e non si è più fissata, e la camera molto luminosa era un grande problema, perché ho sentito ogni rumore dalle camere vicine. La colazione è stata una grande delusione, poiché sono stati utilizzati prodotti di minore qualità che sono disponibili sul mercato più economici. In generale, è stata l'ultima volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel. Il secondo giorno sono andato a fare la mia dolce mattina in una pasticceria. Purtroppo non posso fare una raccomandazione per questo hotel e consigliare potenziali ospiti di guardare una scelta migliore. Con saluti amichevoli, Un ospite insoddisfatto

Stayed here while attending Dortmund football match. Location : Great location, literally around the corner from main shopping district with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Great area. The underground train station is around the corner and the main train station about 20 mins walk or less. Rooms: Our room was nice (117) we had 3 in our party so the room had one double bed and a pull out sofa bed which was a double. It left the room with hardly any space to walk around so was quite tight. The decor was nice. However the seal on the window was damaged so you could actually feel the breeze getting in (during snow weather) The tv had only one English Channel so wasn’t great. BE WARNED check if there is any party’s or function on in the hotel if you are staying in this room as there was a party on while we stayed and literally felt like the dj was in our wardrobe the music was that loud. Singing and talking could even be heard clearly. I did say it to girl in reception the next morning and she apologised but literally got no sleep until music stopped. Bar/Food: We did not have dinner in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment. Restaurant decor was ok, very 1920’s feel. There is a very small bar that usually only opens from 5pm-12pm however one of the days they opened for us to have a drink at 3:30pm which was no bother for them, they were very nice and a special mention to Ben the new Barman from the UK. He’s great! Breakfast wasn’t great, but that may be just us that’s used to Irish style food. Not much hot food on offer, pancakes and plenty fab pastries though. If going to a Dortmund match : We travelled to Dusseldorf airport and got the sky train into the main train station on to Dortmund €16.50 each one way. It was difficult to find out correct trains ect as very bad signage at airport and trains so do your homework before you get there. It took us over an hour to figure it out. Train journey from airport was 50 mins. We got a taxi from our hotel to signal iduna park and it took 8 mins and costs €14. Easy to get taxis after match too which was surprising.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit dessem Größe wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Neben dem großen Doppelbett standen am Eck noch eine Couch und ein Sessel nebst Tischchen. An der Wand hing in sehr großer Flachbild-TV, auf dem sogar SKY-TV kostenlos genutzt werden konnte, ebenso das war das W-Lan inkludiert. Das Bad war zwar etwas beengt, aber gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Das gesamte Haus erschien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein, die Gänge waren im modernenStil gehalten und sprachen mit den Foto-Tapeten mit Aufdrücken von James Dean, Madonna und anderen Stars auch das jüngere Klientel an. Leider gab es nur einen Aufzug, der dem Alter des Gebäudes entsprach aber nicht minder schlecht funktionierte. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr lecker. Gut sortierte Wurstsorten nebst Salami und auch Cornedbeef. Verschiedenste Marmeladen,Schoko-Cremes und einefrische Honig-Wabe standen genau so da wie auch eine gut sortierteReihe an Cerealien mit Frischer Milch, verschedenste Säfte und zwei Caffee-Vollautomaten mit Milch-Caffee, Cappucino, Latte-Machiato und Espresso, aslo für jeden was dabei. Es gab sogar Lachs, der in kleinen Portionen dageboten wurde. Man konnte sich auch frisches Omelett oder Spiegeleier und frischen Speck braten lassen. Brötchen verschiedenster Art, Weizen, Roggen,- und sogar Milch-Brötchen sowie verschiedene Brot-Sorten und Croussons mit oder ohne Schoko-Füllung. Abgerundet wurde das Buffet mit frischem Obst. Man füllte mir bei Abreise sogar meine Thermoskanne mit frischem Filterkaffee für die Heimreise. Ich habe selten ein so reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück in einem Hotel erleben dürfen.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Everything was new and looked pretty. Unfortunate colours were chosen for the interior and exterior carpet (black and white) so even the smallest particles of dust were visible leading to this feeling that is not clean. The staff was barely speaking English.

Abbiamo soggiornato a un prezzo invincibile nell'appartamento dell'hotel. Le camere sono orientate al giardino e la grande camera da letto alla strada principale. Le grandi porte scivolanti al balcone inghiottino tutti i rumore dall'esterno. L'hotel parcheggio è molto curato e il personale è sempre amichevole. Camere e bagno erano pulite e molto spaziose. Alla colazione c'era anche qualcosa per tutti e di tutto abbastanza. Lo consigliamo chiaramente.

Hervorragendes Stadthotel in perfekter Nähe zur Innenstadt, zum Bahnhof sowie zum Deutschen Fußball-Museum! Wunderschöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Lobby und Bar. Außergewöhnliches, wunderbares, vielfältiges Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr! Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt! Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Absolutes Wohlfühl-Hotel. Wir können dieses Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hier als Familie (2 Erw. + 1 Kind) ein wunderbares Wochenende in Dortmund verbringen dürfen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Weiter so!

Das Hotel ist direkt an der B1 gelegen, weshalb man dieses gut findet. Die Parksituation ist jedoch etwas schwierig. An der Straße selbst ist die Parkplatzsuche meist nicht von Erfolg gekrönt und die Tiefgarage ist für neuere Autos sehr eng. Das Hotel selbst ist gut und für eine Nacht kann man nichts dazu sagen. Leider ist es jedoch in manchen Punkten (z.B. Badezimmer) etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Eine gute Auswahl und für alles etwas dabei.

Hotel adres listed is different then the actual Hotel reception! The Hotel is situated in the very center, with plenty of parking options. They have 2 buildings, after i figured out where the reception was. I eas able to check in and get room #209 a spacious room, without AC. Two big windows towards a side street from the high street shopping area. The staff was friendly and after asking for AC they offered to put a fan in my room, which was necessary due to the very warm weather. I did enjoy the breakfast with savory and sweet option to choose from. I liked the stay very much that i booked for Hannover too in the weekend.
