La stanza è buona e pulita, ma non c'è mat di piano, dopo la doccia la stanza diventa bagnata a causa di nessun mat di piano. TV non è nemmeno stabile, continua a rallentare. spero che la gestione dell'hotel la migliorerà.

Aang0317first time visit here，and arrived early、but front desk allow to check in early 30minutes👍 its is a good rest after long distance flight . its only 7minutes distance by car to KKIA，location is beside Highway its take abit time to book a grab car. Tats a rooftop bar at eleventh floor，nice sunset view and delicious food with acceptable prices👍 will be back again soon👍

UUtente ospiteWe chose this hotel because it's near KK Airport and also, there's a good and affordable Vegan restaurant a few shops away on the groundfloor. Exiting the entrance, turn right and walk about 10m away. It's there. I forgot its name though. Hotel reception was efficient and friendly. The family room we booked was a pleasant surprise. It was actually two rooms and came with a king-sized bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. The sofa bed, however, was a bit dated. The good thing about it was that the bathing area and toilet were separate. Packets of instant coffee and tea were available at the coffee corner with an electric kettle and cups. Bottles of mineral water were provided too. Overall, it was a good stay. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the Airport.

Accommodation:
The accommodation at Borneo Inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms offered a peaceful ambiance, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided although a bit worn out but were still adequate for a comfortable stay.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hospitality extended by the staff at Borneo Inn. From the moment I checked in until the time of departure, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. UUtente anonimoHonestly, it was better than I expected. Seeing the reviews has lower my expectations but it was good for the price. Maybe will rebook at this place. But we don't have the password for the wifi and i think it's better if there's a heater because at our room has no heater. And i think they should give a tutorial sheet on how to operate the tv since it was an old modal (i think). Overall it was a nice stayy.
