It was a great experience overall, receptionists were friendly and helpful. Really clean, the bed was comfortable.

a very normal hotel room which is near to airport, if you have an early flight the next morning, you might consider to stay in this hotel. nearby have food & mini mart can refill your stomach & do some grocery shopping.

Towels are thick and soft! Pillows are soft and cushy. Very convenient for everything from restaurants to groceries are just around that area as you go out.

This place is quite convenient to buy groceries or have meals. The staff there quite friendly as well. They provide airport transfer, which is the plus point to book for this hotel.

Great hotel. I enjoy my stay here. The cons is this hotel is a little bit far from center of kota kinabalu and near clubbing spot i guess. Too many cars park around the hotel and noisy.

The location is very strategic as it is close to kk airport. Excellent service provided for the airport transfer which we used. We will be staying here again in December. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The only con is that it can be noisy because of the Pub nearby but still bearable. There is a mini mart and a few eating shops in the vicinity. Very convenient and friendly staff.
