Location is good but food not good. Catering service is very poor. Room and toilet was not clean and room service was no satisfactory.

The receptionists (we have encountered two different people at the time of check-in and check-out) were rude. It’s as if they don’t care if the customer would visit again. Pathetic.

Behavior of staff was very bad. They don't have sence of talking with guests. Toiletries were also not provided. Overall experience was not good.

The experience in dwaraka inn is worst the room is not cleaned the bedsheets are so dirty i think they wont clean after the customer check out. They bedsheets are so dirty and geyser is not working at all and the staff in there everyone ask for tip and the reception person also. Too smelly

I have reached the hotel around 10 pm after a long train journey, while check in, i requested at least an hour of extension and i mentioned as i will pay for extended hours, they strictly mentioned check out must be at 9 am or pay for one more day. Additionally they have called at room at 8:50 am saying check out now, i never seen any hotel who forcing guest to check out. I have been in a 5 star hotel, even though they give an hour or 2 hour grace time. The washroom lock is not working, we need to remove the main key and unlock the washroom door. Shower not working. Please note check out time is 9 am, i don't recommend this hotel for travellers. Who come in a relaxed mood to enjoy, even if you can't extend for a few hours, the manager is a rude guy.

Smooth check in and a comfortable stay. Location is very helpful for travelers. Attached restaurant has nice food options as well.

Hotel is ok but staff is not cooperating. Very money minded people. Tv, gidger, bedsheets ar not upto the mark
