Hotel con colazione inclusa a Doncaster District

Il servizio sorprendente da questa due donne non sono mai stato servito meglio di questa volta . Molto raccomandare questo hotel e ritornerà di nuovo per certo. Molto comodità letto . E posizione conveniente . Nelle vicinanze di autobus e stazione ferroviaria . Amore questo posto molto pulito . Il ricevitore è molto gentile

Abbiamo avuto un frigo Il bagno aveva un po'di sapone sul suolo e pensava che fosse un altro, ma se fomessi quando cercavo di pulirlo (ho sempre un sanitore con me, come è solo umano perdere un posto e fare un errore. Non mi uccidevo purificando me stesso. Il lavoro di manutenzione in casa non è facile. Benedetto a tutti. Solo tenere un occhio migliore per evitare il tipo Karen ❤️) I ricevitori erano tutti amici e felici di aiutarmi con entrambi il check-in e il check-out. Abbiamo amato assolutamente la nostra stanza e la vista era magnifica. La mattina era vista dal cielo dalla nostra finestra ❤️ Quello che mi piaceva più è che nella stanza abbiamo un fridge. Molti hotel non hanno più quella e immagina di avere una camera senza frigorifero con questa onda di calore che va in 🥵 Aggiungo una foto con la nostra bella vista 🤩 Questo hotel sarà la mia scelta migliore ogni volta che mi serve una stanza intorno alla zona. Sala pulita, salotto pulito, zona di accoglienza pulita. Leggi tutte le descrizioni e i dettagli prima di prenotare perché hanno camere speciali per persone con condizioni sanitarie e la stanza avrà alcune cose a basso livello al suolo. Sarà colpa tua non scegliere la camera giusta, non l'hotel come devi sempre leggere la descrizione. Non portarlo al personale per il tuo errore 😊 Vedere molte lamentele, come ho visto anche sulle camere accessibili e non ho capito il termine inizialmente, fino a quando non ho passato attraverso i dettagli. Dopo aver letto i dettagli sapevo esattamente quale stanza devo prenotare e cosa non sarebbe stato conveniente per me 🙌 Benedetto tutti voi e spero che questa recensione sarà di aiuto per alcuni di voi almeno 😊

L'hotel è un hotel di famiglia storico situato vicino al centro di Dincaster a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, a fronte di un piccolo parco. Il bar e il ristorante sono disponibili in piedi insieme alla ricezione. Le camere sono sopra un numero di piani, ho avuto una camera sola al retro, le camere erano piccole ma avevano finestra, giardino di lavoro, cottura, letto di dimensioni reale e una piccola TV. La stanza era pulita, ma sembra un po' datata, che si riflette nel prezzo che è giusto e il valore per i soldi. Avete dormito bene e rimarrete.

Ottimo personale dell'hotel molto utile quando arrivato tardi e la cucina è stata chiusa, ma si offrono gentilemente per cucinarmi un colazione di pizza buono molto pulito buon parcheggio bel bar

We’ve just had a perfect wedding at the Mount Pleasant hotel, the whole experience was superb. My new wife and I stayed in the Taitinger spa suite, which was superb. Many of our guests stayed over and they all commented on how spacious and clean their rooms were. The only slight downside was noise in the corridors during the night which bothered some, but we weren’t affected. The food and staff in the restaurant are both of a high standard. We noticed that this hotel doesn’t seem to be affected by a lack of staff, which is something that seems to be commonplace nowadays. That really makes a difference to your experience. The wedding experience at this hotel was perfect and we would recommend it to anyone thinking about booking their wedding there. Paige, their wedding coordinator is excellent, as are all of the staff who work efficiently to make your day so special. Ross in particular was also excellent and although the hotel hosts many weddings they still managed to make ours feel special and unique. The whole day went seamlessly with fantastic food and service throughout. Thank you so much, we will be back!

This is honestly the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Me and some friends stayed for one night to attend the races. Had it not have been a special event for my friend, I would’ve complained the second we arrived. However we had an hour to get ready and leave. The room myself and a friend were given was vile and guests shouldn’t be allowed to stay in it. The entire room stank of smoke and was stained brown, from the walls to the iron bed and the wardrobe- someone had clearly been chain smoking in it for some time. It was so bad that we opened the window wide open from the start of our stay at 3pm and kept it open when we left at 4pm. We returned at 11:30pm and the smell was so bad that 7 hours with the window wide open hadn’t helped at all. it was still difficult to breathe in. We both woke up multiple times in the night not being able to breathe (I’m asthmatic) and decided to pack up and leave at 7am. On top of this, the beds were awful, the wardrobe stank of smoke, the bathroom vinyl had a huge hole in it, the sink was smashed, the bathroom light didn’t work and the entire ceiling was covered in mould. There honestly wasn’t a single positive. The second I got home I contacted the hotel for a refund to complain about the absolute state of this room. (This room was much worse than the others our friends stayed in although they were also horrid) At first they were really helpful and someone said I’d get a refund as they admitted they had inspected the room, they needed lots of refurb, it had been closed off for guests and did smell of smoke. I was very understanding after they explained it was under new management and they knew improvements needed to be made. However, my refund never arrived. I continued sending polite messages every few months and consistently got told this matter had been escalated to ‘customer relations’ (pretty sure they don’t exist and I’m being laughed at, at this point) It’s been 10 months since our stay and all I want is a refund but realistically this won’t happen so now I just want this accommodation to be avoided- Even if you’re not looking for anything fancy when attending stag do’s/ hen do’s/ the Doncaster races, it’s not safe and I can imagine Doncaster has more comfortable/hygienic/ less smelly bins. Hopefully the videos attached show the full situation. I’ll be looking into taking further legal action as I’ve had long term respiratory complications since this stay from spending 7 hours in this room. I honestly have no idea who wrote the 41 excellent reviews but they’re clearly friends of the owners or must’ve been paid to write them. Not to overemphasise my earlier points but I’d rather sleep in a bin/ the street/a jail cell than stay here again. I just want my money and health back. PS- these videos were taken on a high quality camera. The air quality really was so bad that the entire room was brown/smoky.

Noisey upstairs neighbours stomping around while my 1 year old is asleep. Kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on mine and my families doors thinking it’s funny when it isn’t (think it was some dance competition or something) so their parents should teach them to A) sleep at 10pm at night (seriously what young child is awake past 10pm!) and B) be quiet. So please be aware when staying during weekends/terms etc. My sister went to complain to reception, lady said she’d come and tell the parents but nothing happened so it carried on.. Location is amazing but I think when big groups come maybe try and put them all on one floor (preferably the bottom floor) so everyone else can get a peaceful night sleep. It’s best to be prepared for things like this so you don’t get complaints Bed was comfy (when I actually got some sleep) Tap pressure wasn’t so good (spraying instead of running water) Ate next door for 1 of the 3 nights - was good, just took a while to come as it was busy (30 mins for my babies food) (1 hour for ours)

A lovely modern style hotel brining the safari feel into the hotel with nice wooden trimming and decor. Absolutely stunning views of the courtyard and/or the park itself. We was able to see the bush dogs and monkeys from our room and it was truly amazing! The rooms itself are really cheap so well worth the visit! It was such an experience we decided to stay another night! The Bathroom facilities are again modern and great to use. The TV gives you options from the guide to buying films or logging into Netflix.
