Location + Safety - 5/5(As per me) Reason - Hotel is situation in the newly developing Goa(near Dona Paula beach) adjacent to TAJ CITADE DE GOA. Nearby beaches - Dona Paula(5minutes drive - 1-2Kms),Mira Mar Beach(5Kms-Hardly 10-15mins drive); all trendy food options are available nearby(Burger Factory-Must Go-Instagram friendly pitstop). Nearby Supermarket - Oceanpark Superstore(Where you can get all your daily needs like Water,drinks(alcohol,nonalcoholic),Snacks items), Kamat Supermart (Walkable distance from the hotel). Hotel is situated really a prime locations with accessible drivable distances from all attractions with peaceful family friendly surroundings. Service - 5/5 - Receptionist-Mr.Tingsin(when we travelled) is quite accommodative and cooperative ***** with him all other staffs are quite polite and friendly. Room - 3 Categories of cozy yet comforting rooms are there. 1-Superior Double - 3/5 - 1 Queen size bed, Wardrobe, with all functional amenities with FAN AND Cetral Ac , NO bathtub ,no view, no balcony will be there on this. 2.Superior Twin - Rating - 3/5- 2 single Beds and rest all are same as Superior Double. 3. Executive Room - 5/5 - 1 Queensize bed, 1 Working desk with swing chair,1couch,fully functional TV unit,Beautiful Bathroom unit, with Bathtub, Balcony (No view because of the next TAJ CITADE DE GOA). I will recommend this category for Family of 2 adult and 1kid more than that wont be fit into this room. Food - Rating - 5/5 - The cleanliness, the professional touch in the preparation also the quantity ***** with the presentation are just amazing. Must try - Chicken Xaccuti, Mixed Friend rice . Break fast - Chhole Bhature. I will revisit this location . Bar - Is under construction No Lift in this premises . (I feel also not required of a 2storied beautiful building) New Building is under construction with bigger infrastructure catered with Lift,Parking ,Bar. Pool - Available from 7AM to 7PM Smoking - NO SMOKING PLACE ( You can smoke outside the entrance of the hotel) Drinking Alcohol - Not in the public space whereas you can consume inside your room only without any noise ... Travel Desk - Available I will highly recommend this place for the family travellers or Business travellers.

Manish Bhai tusi Great ho Excellent Service very Manish bhai is corporate with us. Excellent food and service with smile and polite behaviour. Manish suggest us to had pomfret and prawns. We loved both dishes. Thanks we recommend this place to my friends.

My stay at Ginger Dona Paula was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the manager, Fernando, who ensured my check-in was seamless and gave a wonderful introduction to the property. The service throughout was impeccable, with special thanks to Sarah and Manish, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Evenings at Ginger are a delight, especially with their signature “Manish Masala” refresher drink—truly a unique blend of flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. This drink was the perfect way to unwind, and Manish prepared it with such care that it felt like a personalized experience. The entire team worked with remarkable efficiency and politeness, anticipating every need without being intrusive. From room service to dining recommendations, every interaction was a pleasure. If you're looking for a relaxing yet vibrant getaway, Ginger Dona Paula is a must! Five stars all the way!

Property is small with just about 24 rooms. Staff is professional and helpful. Aknur and Danish in front office ***** with Manish and Chandan in Food and Beverages were front face. All of them were good in their respective role. Enjoyed stay for 5 nights

Very courteous staff,they let me stay in the room till 2 pm as we had a evening flight....always ready to help.Tushar at restaurant was very helpful in catering dishes with less oil and masala.Akhnoor and Sara at reception were always helpful

The property is excellent. Best buy for the price. Had everything needed . rooms were clean, linen spotless . bathrooms were spacious. The management go an extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I had pain abdomen, wanted to have aijwain. They arranged it immediately . Very homely touch. Thanks Mr Fernades, Mr manish and all others in the team. Thanks

Room service excellent Tara the service staff extremely courteous and attitude is helpful and positive.The persons at reception Danish and Akhnour are w owsomch helping with a smile always.I wish them bright future ahead.The dealings and attitude of kitchen staffs like Manish,Tushar,kamalakanta are praise worthy.The smile gives a freshness.My appreciation to management of such HR Traning to staffs .

Very nice stay and well trained staff , good Food , Ankur front desk was very supportive near by GMC Hospital , Manipal Hospital easy to access .. Resturant food was very good Overall rating 10 out 10 Excellent stay with Ginger Well maintained and clean room

Rooms are great. Location is also fine. Parking is outdoor on road but good. The problem is there is no lift and no one will help you to carry your luggage towards room, you have to do it yourself. The room we got was on 2nd floor which was having steps going to terrace inside, though terrace door was locked but i didn't felt it safe. Food is worst with no taste, low in quantity with exorbitant prices. They cant even make Schezwan chutney properly. We have ask the staff (girl on desk) to taste the food and she also agreed that its horrible but in spite all this she managed to take full amount from us. I told her that i will write all these things in review. With this sad experience we did not have daring to have their breakfast next morning. Rules : They have single room of 4500 with king bed without breakfast. As per them maximum 3 person can stay in room but they allow only one person to stay and charge additional 1000 per person calling them extra. The other room is double room 5500 with king bed without breakfast. They charge 1000 for extra person. Room Service : Need to keep on calling thrice to reception for just getting one towel and dental kit. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone in future.
