Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water.... Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe? Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel. It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.

Non ci ho soggiornato, ma le stelle vanno date anche soloi per la sua imponente architettura che domina l'aspire park e l'aspire dome, a 500 metri dallo stadio di calcio che ha ospitato i Mondiali 2022; si trova presso una fermata della metro per cui e' anche facilmente raggiungibile

Ambiance and view is spectacular. We chose the set menu which included dessert and a drink, chicken thighs were delicious. Overall the venue is a solid 9/10, food was more of a damp squib 6.5/10. Worth visiting at least once, especially as a tourist.

Great stay with Vilaggio Mall accessible via a connected tunnel on floor M1! Great gym and sauna service as well. Rooms are very large and come an iPad to operate majority of the room controls. I would come here again in the near future as it is ideal for a stopover.

Great views top quality service , very welcoming and not far from metro for those who would like to use the public transport . Parking avalanche for those who have a car . Amazing quality room, very clean to my standards is 12 out 10 . To call this a 5 star hotel is crazy. I’ve had better stays at 3 or 4 star hotels. The facility is pretty lackluster and the rooms are kind of dated. It’s also really far from all the main attractions. I recommend staying downtown and save some time and money. Some details: 1: this IS a smoking friendly property. Although there are no smoking placards near the elevators, there are ash trays all around the property and people smoking at all times, and no one tells them to stop. Our first room smelled horribly like smoke, so I asked to be moved. We were moved to yet another room that smelled like smoke… They offered air freshener which helped only momentarily. 2: The shower overflowed constantly all over the floor. Also the water temperature was not consistent. It was scalding hot then would become freezing cold. 3: there are no facilities to buy needs on site. There’s 2 restaurants which are extremely expensive and one coffee shop which charged me $20 for TWO bottles of water. I’m not even kidding. The charge was $19.38 usd. For 2 large bottles of water. 4: The reception process was less than warm and welcoming. You’d think at a 5 star hotel it would be a bit more friendly. 5: all the room controls are done on the iPad which is not easy to navigate. I’m a very tech savvy person and the iPad was confusing. The AC was either freezing or too hot and it was hard to mediate from the iPad. 6: no options for room service listed on the iPad or anywhere around the room. Overall expected a lot more from a “5 star hotel”.

A stunning looking hotel, the deluxe rooms are spacious, quiet with very comfy beds. Decent WiFi. Views from rooms are of football stadiums and the mall. At night when hotel lights go one you need to close your blinds as they are distracting, great black out blinds. Hotel is connected to the vilaggio mall by a walkway, keeps you out of the sun. Metro is a 10 min walk, the gold line, in 25 minutes you are at the souq and corniche area, costs £1.20 for all day metro pass. The flying carpet restaurant does great buffet food, in the evening it is not always open, need to check. Quality and quantity of food is very good, surf and turf buffet on Thursday evening really good. Staff at hotel are friendly, helpful and courteous, particularly Ei Ei and Fadua front of house in the restaurant, thank you. 21st floor is a great place for afternoon tea, stunning view's day or evening. Decent gym, with sauna and steam room, staff here are also great, thanks to Inna and Lama for making me feel welcome. The pool is on 19th floor, it is small, great views but not for swimming, more of a plunge and enjoy the view. The hotel does not serve alcohol, also it allows smoking which can be unpleasant in public areas. It does not have the buzz of the hotels on the corniche. It's location is out of the way from tourist areas and attractions, 30 mins from the airport. Its a good location if you want to watch a live football game, teams stay here before matches.

More than expected, good location with good rate.....for me and my family everything are good and revolving 360 restaurant is the must to try they served really good food, good service and decent price too, we really enjoy our stay in The Torch Doha
