Very good hotel, great service and super clean. Highly recommend it. Very good staff

This Fraser Suites is a bit old and requires renovation. The bath tube was dirty, there was no socket near the beds. Their aircon was too cold and not able to adjust temperature to above 23C even with the help of housekeeping. The shower water was too cold for the first night and it took a day for their technician to fix it. Having said that their swimming pool, gym and other amenities were good. Location-wise, it’s not the most convenient location but there is a metro bus next to it.

The room wasn't ready when I have arrived. The room wasn't exactly like the pictures when I first booked it.

Great location right on the Corniche. Staff are all very friendly and offered early check-in as well as discounts on breakfast and dinner. Very clean, spacious rooms. Rooftop sauna is refreshing and rarely busy, so a nice place for morning swims. Gym has modern equipment and tall windows with a beautiful sea view. Highly recommend.

Rientrati dalla vacanza ancora ci chiediamo perché questo hotel sia classificato con 5 stelle. Il servizio di check-in è stato veramente deludente: una semplice fotocopia dei documenti e zero informazioni riguardanti anche aspetti basici quali l'utilizzo della piscina, l'orario colazione, cena pranzo. Le suite si presentano APPARENTEMENTE pulite ma la presenza della polvere sulla testata del letto e sulle placchette della luce era evidente. Le camere non dispongono di aria calda (necessaria in giorni di vento freddo) e le luci possono essere comandate da un unico punto della suite o da un telecomando che non funzionava. In bagno il miscelatore presente nel lavandino era talmente bassone attaccato a quest'ultimo da non permetterci neanche di lavarci le mani, fortunatamente avevamo il lavandino della cucina. L'hotel dispone di servizio in camera.. tutto bello e comodo fino a quando i piatti sporchi non vengono abbandonati per ore nei corridoi causando una puzza di aglio e spezie in tutto l'androne. La cucina del buffet non è il massimo e non è possibile chiedere alcolici né durante né dopo i pasti. Il servizio durante i pasti è distratto: i piatti sporchi non vengono ritirati durante la consumazione del pasto e il buffet rimpiazzato solo dopo aver fatto notare la mancanza del cibo desiderato. Tutto ciò andrebbe bene se avessimo prenotato un due stelle con un prezzo da due stelle ma non un 5 stelle con il suo conseguente prezzo. Punto a favore: kit di cortesia in bagno rimpiazzato ogni giorno. DELUSIONE.

L'hotel è pulito, comodo e spazioso. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite, i bagni ottimi. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Ottima anche la posizione. Bella la piscina all'ultimo piano. Unica nota leggermente negativa, non ho apprezzato moltissimo la colazione, ma potrebbe essere un mio gusto personale. Nel complesso, consigliato.
