2樓無煙房，但是開空調有異味；泳池維修無法使用；自助早餐單調，至少兩週沒有更換菜品。地下停車場未開放，但室外停車場也方便，衹是日曬。

Struttura vecchia e tenuta male. Pessima la stanza sporca e senza alcuna manutenzione. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e per ottenere l'intervento del manutentore ho dovuto chiamare la reception diverse volte. Il cibo è di pessima qualità, lunghissime le attese per essere serviti. La navetta per l'aeroporto è in linea con la struttura, decadente.

Only we have in our record that you have called for the AC assistance in your room and our front office staff right away send our maintenance team and assisted you for the concern. Also, for the shuttle service our airport representative already at airport arrival before the timing as we have your arrivals details in advance, and we are not charging you for the transport going to hotel. And about the food, please be informed that the menu was the package approved under your booking. And if you want to order & pay extra or order from outside, it is also fine for us. But this is to inform you and to clarify that the menu that we are serving was the approved menu from the approved package of your company, and it was delivered as per the standard delivery timing for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and if guest wish to make it earlier or late serving, we are following as per the prepared timing. We would like to inform you that We at Safir Doha Hotel giving the comfortable and safe stay to our customers. And being in the Hospitality Industries our priority was the satisfaction of our guests. We apology for any inconvenience and we will be happy to welcome you again here. Keep Safe Always.

We had an amazing experience at Safir Doha Hotel. The rate was cheap but the services offered exceeded our expectations. They provided everything we need and MashaAllah, the housekeeping did a very good job in keeping our room clean at all times. Our stay here was truly remarkable! I highly recommend this hotel.

Good place to experience the real Doha downtown! Good restaurants and shopping places are nearby that are value for money.

This hotel is one of the best hotel I saw they have everything pools restaurant good rooms pillows beds evrything is clean and every staff is very helpful and kind the assistance is very good and they have a good safty and especially security Danish he assist me very nicely

We arrived at the hotel early morning. The rooms are fairly clean. The food was well prepared. I like that they catered for different dietary. Staff is extremely friendly! Mirade at the restaurant area was kind & patient. I’d definitely sleep here again.
