Questa è stata l'isola più bella e sorprendente in cui sia mai stato. Così tanto da fare su un'isola così piccola Fantastico se hai una famiglia con bambini piccoli Il cibo era incredibile, consiglierei sicuramente il ristorante italiano Riva, il servizio era brillante e il cibo era decisamente 10/10 Anche il ristorante americano Teds aveva dei dessert deliziosi, anche questo un 10/10 Ci porterò sicuramente la mia famiglia di nuovo

È il peggior hotel che abbia mai visitato. Personale molto poco professionale e cortese. L'hotel si trova lontano da Doha, in mezzo al mare. E c'è una barca che ti porta lì, che ha bisogno di 30 minuti e la barca ha un orario specifico per partire ogni ora fino alle 11, dopo le 11 sarai fuori e nessuno accetterà di accompagnarti. Non ci sono supermercati o farmacie sull'isola, quindi se hai bisogno di acquistare qualcosa dovrai prendere una barca da 30 minuti. E assicurati di prenotarla in anticipo. È stato un incubo, non mi sentivo rilassato, sentivo il bisogno di correre e prendere la barca e il momento più difficile per noi è stato quando abbiamo fatto il check-out, ho chiamato e poi 1 notte a testa e li ho informati dell'orario della mia partenza e ho confermato verso le 9 del mattino. Sfortunatamente nessuno si è presentato per prendere i nostri bagagli e ho ricominciato a lamentarmi con le cose che senti che sono infelici e non lavorano. Davvero, non consiglio a nessuno di visitare questo hotel.

The staff on the island were lovely and accommodating. The island itself was quiet but I’d even describe it as a boring. You can walk a lap around it in 20 mins and there’s about 3 things to do apart from eating. The restaurants themselves were very good with excellent service especially the people at Teds diner and al amin at al ahharm. I booked for 3 nights but would advise anyone wanting to go just to book a day trip. There is no need to stay here genuinely

My first trip was so much better in terms of service. It could have been because of EID. But phones were not being answered, bags took forever to come to the room. When we checked out the bost back was behind schedule almost 40 mins and to get car from valet took another 20 mins. Just much slower than our first trip. I still stand behind that they should have a mini mart or a place to purchase things like snacks, gum, cookies such things that the kids would love and even adults.

The resort had many facilities & activities to do but we were unable to enjoy any because no one from the hotel introduced us to the resort or even explain to us how the ferry timing & booking works

我寫此信是為了正式投訴我們一行七人在2025年6月3日在貴酒店入住期間遭遇的嚴重服務失誤及員工不當行為。此次經歷不僅破壞了我們的行程安排,更因貴酒店員工的不誠實和敷衍態度,導致我們對貴酒店的品牌信譽徹底失去信任。 事件經過如下: 船衹時間安排錯誤:退房當日,貴酒店為我們預訂的出島船衹時間出現錯誤,直接導致我們面臨無法按時離島的困境。 員工Suthinan的欺騙行為:在與酒店溝通解決方案時,員工Suthinan在明知我們仍有最後登船機會的情況下,謊稱“會另安排船衹並讓我們等待五分鐘”,實則藉機逃離現場且再未露面。此舉存在明顯故意欺騙,意圖拖延時間以逃避責任。 管理層Destiny Bhobho的失職與謊言: 作為Suthinan的上級,Assistant Villa Operation Manager Destiny Bhobho全程無視我們要求與Suthinan對質的合理訴求。 她謊稱“正在與上級電話溝通”,但拒絕出示手機屏幕以證明其真實性,實際並未採取任何解決措施。 其唯一目的是拖延時間直至我們被迫登船,完全未體現管理層應有的專業性與責任感。 我們要求酒店總部對涉事員工(Suthinan及Destiny Bhobho)的不誠實行為作出正式書面道歉,並説明內部處理結果。此次事件嚴重違背了貴酒店宣稱的服務標準與管理水平。我們保留通過社交媒體、旅行平台及法律途徑進一步追責的權利,並鄭重申明:在未得到合理解決前,我們將向所有親友及公眾披露此次經歷。
