Agréable séjour au début du mois de Décembre, il fait beau, hôtel propre accueillant chambre correcte et service de nettoyage parfait, l'ensemble du personnel à votre écoute. Concernant la restauration vous avez une variété de choix de plat avec fruit de saison. L'équipe de restauration sont toujours à votre écoute. Il y'a une picine couverte avec une session d'aquagym chaque jour et à coté une salle de sport. L'hôtel est trop calme je le recommande pour ceux qui veulent se relaxer.

The best animation team. They are great at organizing time. The evening performances were fun and entertaining. Delicious food. The selection was huge and everything was fresh. waiters care very much about tourists. Nice and spacious rooms. Hotel renovated and clean. Bar open 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked this hotel because the room was always very clean, the food was always tasty and I can especially highlight the sports activities with the animator Jassim, who always made the time pleasant, this year I am visiting the hotel again. I recommend!

The hotel was so nice and the staff were so kind. It was super clean and we loved the maid’s daily creations. The food was great! The horse stables across the road was an added bonus. We were a family of 4 and had a room with two bedrooms. We will come back!

Thank you for nice holiday, we enjoyed our stay here. Nice and clean room, polite and friendly staff, good food especially desserts. The animators were the best. We were never bored. Special thanks to Jassim, we really enjoyed the aquagym and step aerobic, it was great fun!

Family, 2 adults + 4y child, room with seaview, 16-23.9.2023 I generally agree with possitive comments mentioned below related to well run hotel so that I am providing feedback from a family point of view. Good location (max. 40 min from the airport, easy drive), really clean, safe and quiet hotel, children friendly staff, balcons designed the way kids can not climb on. There is a wide range of not spicy food, mostly cooked, usual stuff (spagetti, rice, pancakes) always available, microwave, fruit/veggie. 24/7 bar with bottled water. There is also a supermarket (5 min walking) with fix prices where you can get kid´s stuff if needed incl. kids food and drugg store. Pools were not the cleanest at the end of our stay but so so during a week. Water slides good for smaller children also. In September no fight for sunchairs. Animators in action during all day and mini disco in the evening (20:30-21:00) next to the Relax pool. Kid´s playground close to the Relax Pool for evening activity (not covered against the sun). Camel/horse rides on the beach. Great gradual access to the ocean, almost no waves. Beaches aren´t the greatest and the cleanest but if you spend most of the time at pool, then OK. Otherwise hotel beach OK, unfortunatelly it is connected to a public part of the beach which is not kept clean (crossing from hotel beach to the ocean). Hotel surroundings is well maintained and kept clean. Hotel cats in the garden:-). We had a nice holiday here. Good value for your money. Personal recommendation for families: thermosks for kids and yourself for keeping drinks cold, electric device due to mosquitos for a night (can be bought at place), classic tea spoon (no available there), tea for kids What you need to count on - no ice cream! Liquid form of some ice cream available only at lunchtime buffet, no possibility to buy any.

Highly recommended hotel, clean and spacious. The food is good, everyone will find something for themselves. Professional service in the restaurant and bar. Animations at the highest level. The best animator Mourad who was sympathetic and very helpful. Beach and water so wonderful that you can stare at it for hours. I recommend !

We visited this hotel with friends in May. Nice hotel with clean rooms, good food. Nice and friendly atmosphere and group of animators who took care of hotel guests. Special thanks for Hadil. This young Girl fantastic take care of children and communicating with adults.
